The achievement isn't really clear about what it's asking you to do. It is tracking a certain set of exercises, but the entire set is uncertain. Fortunately, the achievement tracker is very accurate, so you can see how far away you are and what sort of progress you are making. It appears that the exercises being tracked are the lower body exercises such as squats and lunges. This should unlock fairly quickly.
