Infinite Undiscovery Achievements

Capell to the Rescue

Rescue the imprisoned.

For this achievement you need to rescue four allied soldiers from the four cells in Castle Prevant. It doesn’t matter if the prisoners are killed, as long as you saved them from their cells before they died.

As soon as you destroy the castle gates, and enter the castle the time limit starts. Make sure you save outside the castle, so you can go back and level or buy items if needed.

You will need Sunstones for this achievement; they can be bought in the castle or at the Nolaan General Store. You may also want to stock up on Miraculous Medicine and any other healing items you can afford. Leveling your characters will help as well. I would suggest you try for this achievement on the Easy difficulty, as the enemies will do significantly less damage making it much easier to survive.

Time Limit:
The time limit allows you 4 minutes per soldier, so you will have 4 minutes to save the first soldier, 8 minutes to save the second, 12 to save the third, and 16 to save the fourth soldier. At the end of each of these 4 minute intervals a soldier is killed.

If ANY soldier dies before you rescue them you will NOT get the achievement.

A map including the location of all cells, keys, and treasure chests, routes 1 to 5 show where to go for each Cell Key and how to rescue each soldier.

(Castle Prevant - Map)

Note: You will need some Iron Metal and Marble for the fourth key. Iron Metal is dropped by the Order Servants make sure you get 1 piece at some point whilst going through the Castle. Marble is dropped by the Gargoyles, or can be more easily found in chest 9. If you have the "A Voucher" downloaded from the Xbox Live Marketplace you can buy both items from Genma.

Route 1 (Red):
Follow Route 1 to the southern room to find the first Cell Key, now head to Cell 1 and release the prisoner. Make sure to walk into the room after opening it.

Route 2 (Yellow):
Follow Route 2 to find a guard, kill him and use the cell key he drops to open Cell 2.

Route 3 (Blue):
Follow Route 3 to the mouse making sure to follow the map carefully to avoid any traps. Surprise and kill the Gargoyle by the mouse and then connect to Rico and speak to the mouse to get the third Cell Key.

Route 4 (Green):
Follow Route 4 until you arrive at the second dark corridor where you will need to surprise three gargoyles, the best way to do this is using Aya’s Ravaging Raptor connect skill, you don’t need to kill them after surprising them, just attack them to disable their traps. This is a good opportunity to get Marble if you haven't already.

Route 5 (Orange):
Once you have Edward in the party have him create the fourth Cell Key, then save your game on a new slot. Now head all the way back to the cells, and open Cell 3 and Cell 4, it doesn’t matter if your party is killed on the way back as long as Capell makes it.

You only gather 3. You have to use Edmond in order to create the 4th. Read it in the achievement guide and it explains it completely

Did anyone else have problems with this one? I'm only on normal and I can't save all the soldiers. I get the first two with the key the guard drops and the key in the first floor chest, but when I get the third from the mouse there aren't any Burgess soldies left because the Order guards get in the cells and kill them before I can get back. Is there some specific order or something I have to free them? I've tried about seven times to complete this. Frankly it's pissing me off.

Never mind that. Found out there's a time limit. Might have been nice if the player's guide mentioned that. Hmph. Thank the Gamer Gods for you guys.

Pretty sure the time limit is from the time you enter the tower and not from when the first guard runs into the gargoyle... When i first entered I rested and bought items before I saved. This apparently cut into my time quite a bit... after numerous fails I ended up reloading a save from before I even bashed the gates. Sped past everything w/o any fighting this time around and managed to pull it off.

Finally got this. just want it to be known that you have to actually enter each cell so the prisoner acknowledges you. May sound stupid to some but i had to do this a few times cause the first time i just unlocked the cell doors and kept running.

Okay, this can be glitched through with only needing three keys. I got the key from the mouse and ran back to save the third prisoner, but when I got there one of the cell doors at the back was already open without me using a key. I managed to rescue the prisoner and then used the key on the fourth cell and saved the last prisoner. I don't know exactly how it worked though, but it did,

I found when running through the dark areas where the traps are it was much easier just to let the trap hurt you and heal and carry on running saved me so much time than stopping to try and disarm them

It's also helpful to go to town and buy the materials you need to craft the key. If you get two of each, you can skip talking to the mouse (which might slow you down if you clear a safe area to talk in) and just dash through the whole place. As long as you have sufficient healing items, your other team members should keep you alive to the door, where Edward can make 2 more keys. Then just tell them to wait so they don't die, and have them come to you once you get to the cells - they take no damage so long as they're far enough away from you, and then they'll help you return to the room with the twins.

The way I did it is shoot the guard on the first cell(Aya connect and use Ravaging Raptor) I know it's really hard to hit the guard, but you don't have to do it again for the second cell unlike most people who suggest to hit the guard at the first and second cell. It's really hard to hit a guard, now you have to do it twice, meh. With my method, you only need to do it once and you can just load if you fail

Make sure you keep a save before entering Castle Prevant just in case anything goes wrong

1.Get two sunstones and the cell key
2.Kill the guard holding the key and open the second and third cell.
3.Go back and save
4.Wait on the first cell and shoot the guard when he appears
5.Go to the second floor and get the cell key from the mouse by connecting with Rico
6.Go bac
