Introduction:
Joe Danger 2: The Movie is a fun, side scrolling racing game. Your goal is to get through each scene of the movie while pulling stunts and collecting stars. If you have played the first game, then you will be pleased to know that this game is much easier. Even newcomers to the series will find it easy to pick up and play.
Movie Mode (Act 1 & 2):
Start playing through Movie Mode but don't move on to the next level until you have completed all stars (and the Pro Medal if the level has one). This way you will be more familiar with the track and there will be no need to go back an re-play levels for missing stars. You should be able to complete most levels within 2-5 tries and only a couple will take more than 10 tries. As you are playing you will get all the achievements for collecting X number of stars. Once you finish Act 2, switch over to the Deleted Scene mode since you can't start the later Acts without playing these first.
Deleted Scenes (Acts 1 - 5):
The are 5 Acts in the Deleted Scenes and each one has 5 or 6 levels. You will still need to collect all the stars on each level. They are basically the same the Movie Mode levels except there are several Editor levels. These allow you to press at any time to go into edit mode and move objects around (so they are really easy). Once you have completed all five Deleted Scenes acts will all the stars, you can move back to Movie Mode.
Movie Mode (Acts 3 - 6):
Now that you are back to movie mode, just focus on collecting the stars and get through the remaining acts.
Cleanup:
Now that you have successfully collected all the stars and Pro Medals in both Movie Mode and the Deleted Scenes, you should have at most, 9 achievements left. Start by going into Movie Maker and completing the tutorials for one achievement. Once that is completed, create a level and upload it, then download and rate a user created level. This will net you three more achievements. Now plug in three more controllers and complete a Multiplayer race for an achievement. Now just follow the individual guides for the remaining four achievements and you will have attained all 400 in no time.
Undead Movie Pack DLC
IMPORTANT: If you download the DLC before obtaining "24 Carat Joe" from the main game, you will have to get all of the Pro-Medals in the DLC to unlock it. Make sure you unlock this before dowloading the DLC.
The Undead Movie Pack adds another three acts and 15 stages to the game. These are, as you would expect, horror movie themed. It doesn't really add anything new apart from a few more levels. If you are just playing for achievements, you don't have to even finish all the levels, let alone get all of the stars or pro-medals (unless you ignored the above disclaimer).
Start off by playing through Act 1. You can get "Step into the abyss!", "Spiritualized!", "You are the Pumpking!", "Skullmaster!" and "Master of Nightmares!" in act one, if you go for the Super Skull star and Pentogram star on 1-3, and the the Pumpkin stars on 1-1 and 1-3. This should give you enough stars to finish 2-5, to unlock "Master of Hell!".
You only need 8 stars to unlock the final stage of Act 3, but will need to get the Brain Stars on 1-5, 2-5 and 3-4 for "Brainfeeder!". Beating 3-5 will unlock "Master of the Inferno" and see you complete this DLC.
