Burn 35 calories in a single game

You need to burn 35 calories to get to the pizza bonus stage this can be annoying because the more calories you burn the faster the game becomes. The way that I did it was when you get to the first bonus stage swing both your arms around like your using a invisible skipping rope and the calories will shoot up you will not get this on your first bonus stage but you will be close just keep playing until you get it.

I am so tired of getting 35 calories in a single game, my personal record is 26 calories, it seems to be the most difficult achievement in this game.

Its a joke. Move the WHOLE time and you will burn much much calories ! You burn calories also if you dont destroy anything it works the WHOLE time.

EASY way to do this, if you sway side to side while doing it you'll be burning more calories and it goes up much faster!!!

I came across this solution one a other website, and i can say it works brilliantly. In my first attempt this way I got till bonus stage 3 without any object appearing on screen and I racked up 50 calories. I did however got 3 message say the sensor couldn't see me. Just letted go of the blanked with one hand let the sensor see me and whent on again (with the blanket back in tow hands).

The fastest and easiest way to get this achievement is to stand in front of the Kinect sensor with a light blanket. Hold the blanket at torso height so that it covers most of your body, including your legs. Just wave the blanket around and watch the calorie counter shoot upwards.

Blanket trick definitely works. Always lost around 33 calories then decided to use the blanket. Worked on first try. Never got any messages though. Maybe with all the blanket moving it was able to pick up my legs for a second when the blanket uncovered them.

#4 is correct. At first, I thought this was going to be an impossible one to get, but then I figured out that I can still burn calories by chopping and kicking even when items aren't on the screen. As you chop and kick, just watch your calorie meter go up and'll eventually get it. For those of you who are using a sheet...really? To me, that's cheating the system, and you are cheating yourself out of burning some extra calories. That is all.
