Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Achievements

Reckoning Rampage

Kill 5 enemies with a single Fateshift.

The Fateshift ability is unlocked when you meet the Fateweaver on the path towards Gorhart after leaving the tutorial area, the Well of Souls. As you kill enemies, you will gain Fate Essence to use towards Reckoning Mode. You can activate this by holding and simultaneously when the purple bar (the middle one) is full. Simply wait to use your Reckoning until five or more enemies are around, knock them all out so they have over their heads and the achievement will unlock once you've performed the Reckoning.

Easy Achievement. This achievement will pop just during gameplay eventually. The easiest way I can advise is to save your Fateshift for a dungeon boss. If they spawn extra mobs to kill then you should be golden. If you are having issues killing fast enough then make sure you drink some of the damage increase potions.

A very easy way to do this, is when you are doing the "Follow the Light" quest. When You enter The "Theater Of FATE" with Agarath. Save up on your reckoning mode up until you reach the center and have to kill off the Nishkarus. Retrieve the Codex, and you will be assaulted by Turatha gaurds. They are more than 5, so just enter the Reckoning and let it rip. (P.S. i did it on hard)

I did it during The Natural Order Quest in Coilsbain Ruins during the Balthasar fight. He summoned more minions than I could count and I just happened to have a Fateshift ready! I entered it and went crazy until I counted 5 enemies get marked with A. Then I killed number six and there you go!

I also played on Hard and it wasn't bad at all.

Very easy to get just outside of Gorhart, as you're running just West to the entrance of Agnur Farhal (almost next to each other). There are lots of Boggarts there, which are quite fast and easy to kill early on. I had 8 Boggarts surrounding me, went into Fateshift and let my Scalding Chakrams hit them all. They work perfectly as they fly around and hit multiple targets, and pretty much knock them all out in one hit so you see the "A" above their heads. Once all 8 had the "A" above them, I took one of them out by pressing A and the achievement popped! :)
