Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Achievements

Jailbreak

10
Break out of jail.

If you are caught committing a crime, you're given the choice to pay off the bounty with a fee (which you will use toward "Crime Doesn't Pay") or to serve time in jail. If you choose to not breakout while in jail you will lose XP; if you do break out you will gain value in bounty and risk being caught again. Gohart is a great place to do this. You can also make a save to commit crimes and get the achievement before reverting back to your pious and righteous save when you are done if you so choose.

The achievements mimic Elder Scrolls V in almost every way. I was reading through them all and when I came to this one I decided to finally post. LOL!

Because Skyrim is the only game where you can break out of jail.. Anyway, probably has something to do with the fact that Ken Rolsten works on this game :p

There's a lot of similar mechanics, stupid kid.
It's an offense to this game comparing to that ultra boring Justin Bieber equivalent in gaming.

its because the lead designer of elder scrolls (not including skyrim [but what's the difference =P]) did this game too.

Pretty simple. You don't have to completely break out of prison, just out of your cell. You start with one lock pick so if you break it, just reload and try again. Got this in Gorhart rather early on.

Saved in Gorhart, murdered a couple people, let the guards take me to jail, opened the cell door easily, loaded the save. Easy.

All I had to do was pick an "Easy" door and got the achievement. There were two guards outside my cell, but they didnt care that I broke out. And all your stuff is in a chest right outside your cell.
