NCAA Football 10 Achievement Guide

Guide By: Seng IV, Bishop24
There are 47 achievements with a total of 1000 points.

Show / Hide Guide Road Map

Overview:

- Estimated achievement difficulty: 3/10
- Offline: 46 (970)
- Online: 1 (30)
- Approximate amount of time to 1000: 12-15 hours
- Glitched achievements: None
- Does difficulty affect achievements? Yes, for one achievement. The difficulty must be at least on Varsity to get the "4th Quarter Comeback" achievement.

Note #1: The achievements can be obtained with 2 controllers and the sliders can be adjusted as well. Rules can be changed, such as offsides. You can super-sim any games and get some of the in-game achievements.

Note #2: If you need any extra help on obtaining these achievements check out the Achievement Guide for NCAA Football 09 written by Bishop24, Seng IV, and the x360a community. .

Step 1: (Season Showdown)
This year EA's big push is season showdown where everything you do affects everything. At the beginning of the game you will want to go to season showdown mode and choose your team. There are 4 season showdown achievements you will work on as you progress through the game.
They are become an overall level 10, earn level 10 in each of the following: skills, strategy, and sportsmanship.

Season Showdown Achievements:

  • that's how I roll
  • Mad Skillz
  • Good Sports Award
  • Strategy
Step 2a: (In-game)
This year there are a few different things to do in-game. The hardest/most complicated is locked and loaded where you have to lock on a player and intercept a pass and return in for a touchdown. I would adjust all sliders and start on that achievement because you also have to intercept two passes in a game, although they do NOT need to be player locked for them. There is also an achievement for returning a interception for a touchdown. There is an achievement for scooping up a fumble and returning it for a touchdown, which is nicely coupled with forcing a fumble using the hit-stick. In addition there are the stalwarts from years past such as red zone perfection for you and red zone shutout for the opponent.

In-game Achievements: (25)

  • give im 5 minutes *
  • will you ever learn *
  • helping your own cause *
  • ball....ball...ball...
  • on lockdown
  • getting in on the fun *
  • red zone shut out *
  • locked and loaded
  • put two on the board *
  • protecting the house*
  • we are family
  • 4th quarter comeback (Minimum Difficult Varsity)
  • keep them guessing *
  • bustin loose *
  • bombs away *
  • big time player *
  • pick-free *
  • red zone perfection *
  • hear the pin drop *
  • trifecta *
  • taking care of business *
  • can you believe it *
  • you got a receipt for that *
  • set em' up. knock em down *
  • one for the history books
* indicates can be done in player match with a friend

Step 2b: (Dynasty achievements)

This year the dynasty mode achievements focus on two things bowl games and more bowl games...All 34 of them. My method for this is to go to the dynasty mode select all 12 teams from one of the major conferences and then go conference to conference until you get most of the bowls.
Go to Xbox Live and the EA Locker and download the roster made by Stophj. It has FIU stats maxed and all players are freshmen. Make a single team dynasty and use FIU, have them win the NCAA National Championship and get the associated achievements, the should get you win heisman, win heisman as a freshman, win national championship, finish out strong, and get invited to a bcs school. Next make a new dynasty and hit y to sub FIU into the SEC and then replace Vanderbilt. It is confirmed to work multiple times replacing vandy. This season you will sim until bowl game time and play anything you have missed on 1 min qtr. I recommend using super sim until the 4th quarter and then change teams to the side that is winning. This should finish up fill the trophy case and what competition?.

Dynasty Mode Achievements:
  • Fill the trophy case
  • Closing out strong
  • What competition
  • Sip some texas tea
  • National Champions
  • Freshman Phenom
  • I'll Take my trophy
  • Crash the party
  • I'm Outstanding
  • Mr. February
Step 3: (Road to Glory mode achievements)

First step is to create a player and take him through the high school state championships and become a five star recruit. In addition once you become state champ choose a school where you will start. This will earn you 3 achievements. Save that rtg mode. Next use the guide and do the re for notre dame trick for the big three achievements.

Road to Glory Achievements:
  • Big Fish Small Pond
  • Running with the Ones
  • King of Conference
  • Best of All-Time
  • Big Man on Campus
  • Russell High School Champ
Step 4: (Cleanup)

Upload a picture or video using the guide. The go to season showdown mode and check to see where you stand although you should be almost done with them if not completely. Finally go to career modes and choose online dynasty and reach out and crush someone baby!!

Final Achievements:
  • Reach out and crush someone
  • You gotta see this

[x360a would like to thank mctennisd for this road map]

Give Him 5 Minutes20
Chew up the last 5 minutes of a game on a single drive to preserve the win (excludes co-op).

Easiest way to get this achievement:

Set up a 6 minute quarter game.

Then once the fourth quarter starts make sure you have the ball. Then when the screen comes up asking: Ask Corso, Recent Plays, etc. there will be an option for Chew Clock. Turn it on then follow the below.

Here it goes:

Take a knee, take a penalty, take a knee, take a penalty.

1st Down
Take a knee
2nd Down
Take a penalty
2nd Down Redo
Take a knee
3rd Down
Take a penalty
3rd Down Redo
Get a first down

Repeat. You should knock off about 2 minutes and 45 seconds from one set of downs.

If you want to get it fast also just turn the play clock off before you start the game. Confirmed by StalkingGrunt911.

Crash the Party15
Earn an invite to a BCS game in Dynasty Mode with a team from a non-BCS conference. (1)

Use Boise State, for they are one of the best non-BCS schools. Then just play through a season undefeated and you should be invited into a BCS game easily.

BCS Conferences:

ACC
Big 12
Big East
Big Ten
SEC
Pacific-10

You can not pick a team from the above at all. Since those are the BCS conferences.

An easier way is to use a teambuilder team. Replace a non-SEC team (I replaced San Jose) then play through a season. I went 14-1 (lost to USC in the start) ended ranked #10 and played against #14 in the Orange Bowl.

Will You Ever Learn?15
Intercept 2 passes in an Exhibition or Dynasty Mode game (excludes co-op).

This isn’t to hard of an achievement if you time it right. Wait for the other team to throw the ball, then press Y when you selected the defender. You should easily pick it off. I average 5-7 picks a game.

If you want this easy turn the other QB into 0 on passing and then go into a game. You will intercept almost every time if not every time.

Helping Your Own Cause10
Scoop a fumble on defense and take it to the house in a Dynasty or Exhibition game (excludes co-op).

Turn offsides off and make the other team punt. Then get a fast defender and stand in front of the punter. The punter should drop the ball, counting as a fumble, then pick it up and take off running.

The video below is a legit hit stick fumble return. But turning offsides off is still the easiest method.

Ball…Ball…Ball…10
Jar the ball loose with a User-Controlled Hit Stick tackle (excludes co-op). (1)

Easier then it looks. Start by controlling a defensive player. Then stand in front of the QB with offsides off. Once the QB calls hike pull down on the RS. If you time it right the QB should fumble. I was able to get the achievement legit on my second try on defense, by not even using the offsides method. If you catch the runner off guard and hit stick them they will drop the ball most likely.

Probably an easier method, for me at least, is to play with two controllers. Once you have the ball just punt it and have the second controller do a punt block. Now just simply use a hit stick on the punt returner, it should only take a few tries before he finally fumbles.

On Lockdown20
Hold the opposition to under 100 total yards in an Exhibition or Dynasty Mode game (excludes co-op).

Set the Quarters to 1 Minute, set the Difficulty to Freshman. Once again either play as Army or adjust the sliders. Just score first and then stop them by either making them punt or by making them fumble or by them throwing a interception. You can also turn off offsides and stand behind the opposing team's Quarterback. You will easily tackle the Quarterback for a loss each time. You can end the game with them in negative yards even. Everytime you get the ball after you score, just run down the clock and waste time and once the game is over the achievement will unlock.

Getting In On The Fun10
Take an interception back to the house in an Exhibition or Dynasty Mode game (excludes co-op).

You can either play Army again, or you can adjust the sliders to make the opposing team horrible. This one might take a while as sometimes a slow person will intercept the ball, or as soon as you intercept it you'll get tackled. But what I did was, I adjusted all of the speed sliders and tackling sliders. Then once I finally intercepted the ball, they couldn't catch me or tackle me. That as of right now is the easiest way I can think of to get this achievement.

Red Zone Shutout5
Complete an Exhibition or Dynasty Mode game without allowing a TD from the Red Zone (excludes co-op)

Follow 'Protecting the House'.

Locked and Loaded15
With Player Lock on, return an interception for a TD (excludes co-op). (2)

Vs CPU Method:

Before the CPU calls hike I suggest pick your player ( I suggest Free Safety) and click "LS" to player lock on that player. This achievement is definitely not easy but if you pick to be a Free Safety or Strong Safety most of the time you won't have to individually guard a player. I would also suggest playing against a horrible team so if you do intercept it you won't get caught by the opposing team.

Easier Method:

Use 2 controllers. Simply player lock on a Cornerback, Free Safety or Strong Safety. Now with the second controller throw it to the WR that your player lock player is guarding. Personally I think this is harder to do unless you have another person playing with the second controller. If you're playing with both controlles it could be kind of difficult.

Put Two On The Board15
Force a safety in Exhibition or Dynasty Mode (excludes co-op). (1)

Get the ball to the opponents 1 yard line and run out of bounds. Now spike the ball until it is a turnover. Follow the offsides trick to stand behind the QB and sack him. Achievement Unlocked.

Protecting The House20
Pitch a shutout by holding your opponent to 0 points in Exhibition or Dynasty Mode (excludes co-op).

Set the Quarters to 1 Minute, set the Difficulty to Freshman. Now once again, play against Army or just adjust the sliders to make your opponent horrible. Just run out the clock and waste as much time as possible, just make sure you score at least a field goal and once the game is over the achievement will unlock. Follow 'On Lockdown' for more info on how to keep the opponents at bay.

I'll Take My Trophy Please10
Play and win a conference championship game in single team Dynasty or Road to Glory (excludes co-op)

You first have to pick a team with a conference championship (Either the SEC, Big 12, MAC, C-USA, and the ACC), then win enough games to get into the conference game and win it. You can sim the whole season, and you can use super-sim during the game, but you can not sim the entire game. Once you get the conference game, choose to play it, then sim from within the game if you want or you can play it as I did.

I'm Outstanding25
Win the Heisman Memorial Trophy® in single team Dynasty Mode or Road to Glory Mode.

You can do this yourself by doing a lot of run or pass plays with a good team's QB or HB. Or just pick one of the top schools and sim, hoping to get lucky. You might wanna choose the Florida Gators as when my Dynasty began, Tim Tebow (QB #15) was a candidate for the Heisman. Just make sure he has good games and watch and make sure he stays in the Heisman Watch, if he has bad games or drop out of the Heisman watch, just reload your Dynasty and start over. Other very good players to use are Sam Bradford from Okalahoma (QB).

Freshman Phenom25
Win the Heisman Memorial Trophy® with a Freshman in Road to Glory or Dynasty Mode.

Follow ‘I’m Outstanding’ but use a Freshman instead. Pump up his stats before the Dynasty starts. Then with stats at perfect sim the season. If your Freshman had a good season (which he should of had with the stats) then you will easily be in the running for the Heisman.

You can also use Tim Tebow from the Gators. Just before you start go into Rosters and change him from Senior to Freshmen.

Reach Out and Crush Someone30
Join or Host an Online Dynasty. (2)

Go to:

-Career
-Online Dynasty
-Either select New or Host Existing Dynasty

Once there, just select a team, doesn't matter which team you select and then just keep hitting OK until the save screen comes up, after you save the Online Dynasty the achievement should pop up.

Below is a video on how to gain this achievement, step by step.

National Champions!30
Play and win BCS National Championship game in single team Dynasty or Road to Glory (excludes co-op)

Important: You must play this game to get the achievement!

Same method as always, play or sim to win enough games and then choose to play this one. You can play it out or sim from within the game using supersim for the win. You either have to play the game or Supersim the game, you can not sim the game from the Schedule and get the achievement.

Also, You can change the stats of the team to max 99 on everything before you start the season. You will win the championship easily.

Sip Some Texas Tea25
Develop a new pipeline state in single team Dynasty Mode. (1)

This is a single team achievement. Which means you can not have more then one team in your dynasty.

You can NOT download the DLC to get this achievement.

To get a pipeline state, you have to sign a few people from the same state each year. To do this, just target every person from a neighboring state and work on signing as many as possible. You need to make sure the state is not already a pipeline state. Georgia is already a pipeline state of Florida, etc. If playing as the Gators use New York as the state of choosing. Then just focus on all New York players. If you sign enough from New York they will be the pipeline state.

Check out this made by BrahmaBull1225 for a very detailed recruiting guide.

Mr. February30
Have the #1 ranked recruiting class in a season in single team Dynasty Mode.

Simming with 12 teams to get this achievement will NOT work. Do NOT believe people that say this works. It says single team dynasty. Which means one team.

Alright this achievement is way easier in this year's game than in last year's game. What I did was I played as the Florida Gators. I made sure I went undefeated and won the SEC Championship. Then Tebow won the Heisman (Don't think that helped though), and I also won the BCS Championship. Once you go to the Offseason screen, just sim to the Recruiting Phase, then once there, sim through Week 5, now once Week 5 is over, go to Top Classes and if you're No.1 and the achievement hasn't unlocked yet don't worry as it will not unlock until you start simming the rest of the offseason.

Like I said I chose Florida, but anybody in the Top 10 will work, but for some reason I couldn't get the No.1 draft class with Georgia. I would suggest either picking Florida, USC, Texas, Oklahoma, or Tennessee as they are highly ranked and are well known teams.

Save your dynasty before you start the recruiting phase in the off season. If you don't get it after the first season, just load your dynasty back up and try again. Also, during the season, try some in season recruiting as that will also help out towards getting this achievement.

Another tip. If you want this easily make a bunch of players at 5* from your hometown (where you school is located) and state. That way they will almost instantly want to go to your school. And make sure to offer scholarships at every turn. I was able to sign four 5* in the first week before a game was even played by offering a scholarship.

Check out this made by BrahmaBull1225 for a very detailed recruiting guide.

What Competition?20
Win the 1st year SEC championship with a team moved from the Sun Belt in single team Dynasty Mode. (4)

When you start up a dynasty use a Sun Belt team. I chose UL Monroe. If you want to make it easier make UL Monroe's stats much much better. Then press Y when starting a dynasty to bring up the custom conference menu. Then select your team and move them to the SEC. Play and win the dynasty and win the SEC Championship. To make this real easy replace your team with Florida. This takes out 75% of the competition right there.

Closing Out Strong10
Play and win a bowl game in single team Dynasty Mode or Road to Glory Mode (excludes co-op).

First you need to get to a bowl game, then you need to win it. Unlike 07, the National Championship counts toward this achievement as well, so don't worry about doing too good that you don't get in a traditional bowl game. The worst possible record you can have to get into a bowl game is 6-6, and you might not get in to a bowl game if that's your record. So to make sure you make it to a bowl game, make sure you win at least 7 or 8 games. Also be a team ranked in the Top 10, as they will surely make it to a bowl game.

We Are Family10
Win a game using only Family Play Controls in an Exhibition Mode game (excludes co-op).

When at the team select screen hit and the options menu should pop up. At the bottom of that menu it should say "Family Play". Simply switch it to "On". Now when in the game you will only use the button to pass, break tackles and to kick. No other buttons will be used. To make it easier just simply set the Quarter Length to 1 minute.

4th Quarter Comeback30
Win a Dynasty or Exhib. game when down 14 to start 4th qtr (excludes co-op)(Min Difficulty: Varsity)

Set Quarter Length to 2 minutes, Difficulty must be set to Varsity to get the achievement, if the difficulty is not set to Varsity the achievement will not unlock. Then just select Field Goal Block until they are up by at least 14. If you select Field Goal Block, more than 90% of the they will audible to a throwing play, but sometimes the stupid AI still wants to run the ball. Now once you are down by 14, just run down clock, waste time, then once the 4th Quarter starts, just start scoring and scoring until you take the lead, then again just run down the clock and waste time.

One for the History Books10
Play a game that gets designated as an ESPN Instant Classic (excludes co-op).

Play a game and keep the score close. Win the game near the last minute and you should get this achievement. An Instant Classic is something that people will want to see over and over. So if you blow out your opponent, say 80-13, that wont really be the 'game to watch'. But a game where it is 10-10 with 3 seconds left and you go for the field goal, and get it then that would be the 'game to watch'. Keeping the score close will grant this achievement. When going for the 4th Quarter Comeback you should get this achievement since you are coming back from a huge amount to win the game.

Big Fish In A Small Pond20
Become a 5-star Road to Glory prospect.

You can NOT download the DLC to get this achievement.

You'll need to get this achievement while you are playing in the High School Playoffs. After playing 3 games you should get this achievement. Also remember that you can't just play anyway and get this achievement. You will need to do at least halfway decent to become a 5-star prospect. For example, if you're player is a QB you will need to get at least a few hundred yards and a few touchdowns. If you get anymore than 2 INT's I would suggest you restart the game.

My Stats:

QB

First Game: 565 passing yards, 5 passing touchdowns, 1 interception, 26 rushing yards, 1 rushing touchdown. 3*

Second Game: 243 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns, 2 interceptions, 10 rushing yards, 0 rushing touchdowns. 4*

Third Game: 678 passing yards, 6 passing touchdowns, 3 interceptions, 13 rushing yards, 0 rushing touchdowns. 5*

By then I was able to get th 5* achievement.

Running With The Ones10
Become a Starter in Road to Glory Mode.

Once the championship is over with you have to pick a college. Some colleges will say they will start you ASAP. Pick this college and you will get the achievement right away.

Example:

#1 Florida - 3rd String
#2 Oklahoma - Starter

Going with Oklahoma in this situation will grant you this achievement.

King of the Conference35
In Road to Glory Mode, earn a spot on your conference's All-Time leaderboard.

To make this easier pick a defensive end (RE) on Notre Dame and max out his stats to 99. Do that from the "Team Management" screen on the Main Menu. Make sure the player is a freshman. After you max his stats go into Road to Glory mode and choose to play with an existing player. Then pick that defensive end to play as. Now just simply sim through about 2 seasons. You should get this achievement while the 2nd season is simming. You will need only 565 points to get on the all-time leaderboard so it should not be that hard. (Credit to ckleckner for this idea.)

Notre Dame is the best to pick for this. Considering the fact that they have three schools in their conference. Army and Navy are no threat.

The Best of All-Time50
In Road to Glory Mode, earn a spot on the NCAA All-Time leaderboard. (6)

Now just simply sim through about 3 seasons. You should get this achievement while the 3rd season is simming. You will need only 825 points to get on the all-time leaderboard so it should not be that hard. (Credit to ckleckner for this idea.)

Big Man on Campus25
In Road to Glory Mode, earn a spot on your team's All-Time leaderboard.

You can get these achievements with any player in any conference but certain conferences such as the SEC it will be tougher for you to get the NCAA All-Time leaderboard achievement.

This is the easiest of the RTG achievement. Now just simply sim through about 1 seasons It might take you two seasons but I doubt it. You should get this achievement while the 1st season is simming. You will need only 270 points to get on the all-time leaderboard so it should not be that hard. (Credit to ckleckner for this idea.)

Keep Them Guessing20
Gain 200 rushing yards and 200 passing yards in the same game (excludes co-op).

Set the quarter to five minutes. Use a fairly good team (Oklahoma, Florida, or any custom stat team). Then for the whole first half only pass. You are doing this so you can run up the score without negative points. Then you should have well over 200 passing yards. When the second half starts turn on chew clock and run the whole second half, again so you are getting points from sportsmanship. By the end of the game you should have this achievement.

Bustin' Loose10
Break a run for 49 or more yards in an Exhibition or Dynasty Mode game (excludes co-op).

Just make sure you are behind the 50 yd. line and then once you see somebody open, throw it to him. Then just run 50 yards. You don't have to score a TD to get this achievement. I used Florida for this achievement, I played against Army, I selected:

-Shotgun
-Ace
-Speed Option

If the defense is fixing to tackle Tebow, hit the to pitch the ball to the HB. It shouldn't take you long at all to get this achievement, you should be able to get it on your first attempt, since Army has no defense.

Bombs Away10
Complete a pass for 50 or more yards in an Exhibition or Dynasty Mode game (excludes co-op).

Just make sure you are behind the 50 yd. line and then once you see somebody open, throw it to him. You don't have to score a TD to get this achievement. I used Florida for this achievement, I played against Army, I selected:

-Shotgun
-Normal
-PA QB Choice

Best thing to do is not lob the ball. Lobbing the ball causes your reciever to slow down. You need to bullet the ball to your reciever so they wont lose speed.

Big Time Player15
Be the hero and win a game by taking the lead as time expires (excludes co-op).

Easy way to get this achievement:

Start the game after turning the play clock off and 1 minute quarters, Freshmen difficulty. Now whenever you have the ball knee it until fourth down. Then punt the ball. Make sure to always stay outside your 20 yard line. Then (have offsides off) go behind the QB of the other team and sack him until fourth down. Repeat this until the start of the fourth quarter. Once the fourth quarter starts get near your goal line. Let time run down to 2 seconds. Call timeout. Then kick a field goal as the clock will run out. Final score will be 3-0 and you will be the winner. You should also get 'Pick-Free' seeing as you never threw the ball once. If your first time ever going into the red zone (inside the 20 yard line) is when you are ready to kick a field goal then you should also get 'Red Zone Perfection'.

Also, you can already be winning and still get this achievement. I was ahead by 34 points and went for a run to expire the clock. Broke a 65 yard run for a touchdown and this achievement popped up.

Pick-Free15
Do not throw any interceptions in an Exhibition or Dynasty Mode game (excludes co-op).

Follow 'Big Time Player'

Red Zone Perfection15
Complete an Exhibition or Dynasty game with a Red Zone Efficiency rating of 100% (excludes co-op).

Simply score every time you get inside the 20yd Line. Follow 'Big Time Player' for more information.

Hear the Pin Drop15
As the away team, get into the endzone in the first 30 seconds of the game (excludes co-op).

Another easy achievement, once again as stated before play against Army or you can adjust the AI sliders to where they are horrible, but playing as Army is easy as well. I picked Florida as my team, make sure you win the coin toss( If you don't win the coin toss then you won't be able to score within the first 30 seconds). Once you win the coin toss, try your best to run the Kick off back, if you can't then get it as close to the endzone as possible.

Now after you return the Kick off, you will only have about 25-26 seconds to get into the endzone. You can either run the option, like I did, or you can adjust the sliders and choose Hail Mary, which would be the easiest way to do it. Or you can choose a passing play that has a corner route in it, Army will never send a guy to cover the WR for the whole corner route. You will get the achievement after you score a TD in less than 30 seconds.

***Easier Method***

Set the sliders to 0 (Especially speed). Make sure you win the coin toss. Then try to run back the opening kickoff, if that doesn't work, then try the above method and get in the endzone before 30 seconds is up.

If you havent recieved the achievement for kickoff return you should get it now.

Here is a video of this, sorry about the quality.

Trifecta15
Score a receiving, rushing, and passing touchdown with one player (excludes co-op).

This requires:

A QB that can catch/carry.
A WR that can throw/carry.
A RB that can catch/throw.

I chose the Gators with Tim Tebow to get the passing and rushing out of the way. Sam Bradford of Oklahoma is also a good choice for this, and so is Colt McCoy of Texas.

Passing:
Just wait until someone is open way down field then lob it up to them. Take it into the endzone for a TD.

Rushing:
Get to the one yard line and run out of bounds. Now pick QB Blast/Sneak. Run it straight up the middle. With Tebow even on default rosters you should easily get it.

Catching:
Go into Depth Chart and change your WR to your QB. Now get the ball to at least the 5 yard line. Pick a short pass play. Toss the ball up to your QB and get into the endzone.

Achievement unlocked.

Taking Care of Business10
Win an Exhibition or Dynasty Mode game by 21 points or more (excludes co-op).

Set the Quarters to 3 Minutes, set the Difficulty to Freshman. Play against Army, since you are playing against Army, you will easily win by more than 21 points. But if you wanna make it more easy, just change all of the sliders for the AI to make them even worse, but you really don't have to do that as Army is the worst team in this years game by far. You will not get this achievement until the game is over, so you must play the whole entire game to get this achievement.

Russell High School Champ40
Play and win the Russell High School Championship Game in any state.

Just like last year's achievement. When you start Road to Glory Mode you will be in the High School Playoffs for your specific state. Now what I did to make things easier was I simmed every game and played the last one to make sure I got the achievement. Make sure you save after every game if you're going to sim so you don't lose and then you have to start from the first game again.

Can You Believe It?25
Return a missed field goal for a touchdown in Exhibition or Dynasty Mode (excludes co-op). (2)

Using the 2 controller method... As soon as you start a game select "Field Goal" with your second controller (If on offense, if contoller 1 is on offense just punt to the 2nd controller). Select "FG Block Return" with your controller. Now press down on the right stick to kick the ball, but dont press up and it will be a short kick. Your guy should run up and catch/attempt to catch the ball (If he isnt getting to the ball in time, before you kick the ball move him forward a little bit). Run through the defenders and score a TD. *Keep trying the method of you punting when you get the ball, and controller 2 kicking FG's everytime it has the ball*

Non-Two Controllers:

Another easy way is to set the other team's kicker to about 10 and get them into field goal position. Then (after making all of the other teams speed 0) go into field goal block. A returner should be out there. Return it for a TD. So easy you could literally walk it back.

You Got A Reciept For That?10
Take a punt or kickoff back to the house for a touchdown in Exhibition or Dynasty (excludes co-op).

This one is tough. Okay first off have the punt returner be fast and strong. I recommend a WR. Then when the punt happens run for your life. Impact Stick it, Spin and Hurdle, Stiff Arm and the works. Once you break the line it is a home stretch.

Another way is to make the team you are playing against have 0 speed on everyone. They then move so slow you could walk past them. To make them have 0 speed go into rosters and change all of the other team to 0 speed.

Set 'Em Up, Knock 'Em Down20
Score a TD when running a play that is 100% setup (excludes co-op). (5)

Run the same running play a few times in a row. After doing that then pick a play action pass. That play should then be 100% setup since the defense will think you are running the ball and will bite on the play action. If that does not work for you if you run a few running plays in succession with good gains most of the running plays will be 100% setup.

You will know if a play is 100% setup or not by the way the play looks. If it has a blinking green arrow facing < that way then it is 100% setup.

Getting all stats to Level 10 will give you an overall Level 10, or getting some stats above level tens. Mine is a high level 9 so far with 1 in skills, 2 in strat, 1 in sportsmanship, 16 in vs. CPU, 19 in Loyalty, and 19 in Classics.

To find out what level you are on for the Season Showdown achievement to Main Menu > Season Showdown > Credit History > My Credits. On the next screen you will see what level you are on for skills, strategy, etc.

Skill points come from making great plays. A tackle for a loss, takle, user tackle, user big hit, user interception, interception, etc. Any play that is outstanding will grant skill points.

Sportsmanship is going to be a hard one to get up. Going for it on 4th down while ahead will get you negative sportsmanship points. So to get this up fast punt alot on 4th down. Play a game where all you do is get to fourth down and punt. You should get it fast then.

To find out what level you are on for the Season Showdown achievement to Main Menu > Season Showdown > Credit History > My Credits. On the next screen you will see what level you are on for skills, strategy, etc.

You get strategy points when you make a good play in a tight situation. Say it is 4th and Goal, 2 minutes left in the game, and you are down a touchdown. Going for it and scoring will reward strategy points. I played a 50-48 3OT game and got 60 strategy points in that game. I made it into overtime on a 1 second left play. This rewarded me 10 points.

You Gotta See This20
Upload a Video or Photo Highlight.

EA made this a little more confusing this year. The easy part is after the game is over click on "Highlights" and hit to pick the camera angle and save the video from there. After that go all the way out to the main menu and go to "My NCAA 10" > "My Legacy" > "EA Sports Highlights". Once you do that select whichever game mode the highlight is from. On the next screen click on the highlight and then hit to upload it to EA Sports World.

Fill The Trophy Case45
Win all 34 bowl trophies (including National Championship) in Dynasty or Road to Glory modes. (3)

You do not have to play each game to get the trophy, only get the trophy. So you can sim for this achievement.

Easiest way to get this achievement is to load up a dynasty. Sim to the bowl season (just like below in the video) then click on each game. Play each one and win it (even if it is a CPU vs. CPU team). To make it go fast do 1 minute quarters on Freshmen difficulty.

Here is a Bowl by Bowl Guide. The Bowl by Bowl guide will go, bowl by bowl, on how to get each trophy.

Below is a video of a season with standard rosters, no stat edits. This shows what teams made it to what bowls. It might help you decide how to boost each bowl if you want to do it the hard way.
