This game is pretty mindless, but you'll divulge much time and frustration in collecting all the cards for a character, as it is practically luck based. The mindless time you'll put into this warrants the 2/10 achievement difficulty.
If you've ever played Gradius, you've already played this game. It's essentially a Gradius clone featuring barely clothed women (and one dude) operating the ships. The game's weapons and upgrades are just like Gradius, and in fact some of the levels and attack patterns are like it too. Anyways, the achievements are all very simple, and you'll have 700+ in less than 5 hours, it's the rest that will take a lengthy and somewhat uncertain amount of hours.
Step #1- Six Playthroughs
Playing through the game in G-Mode with each character will net you 600, touching the angels in the character select screen will net you another 100. There are unlimited continues so there is no difficulty in this whatsoever.
Step #2- Weapon/Illustration Cards
Now you'll have to work on getting the cards for ONE character. Use the method detailed in the achievement guide to collect all the cards for one character. The more cards you get, the less often you get new ones, so you could be playing hours and hours for that last card. Collecting all the cards will net 200. While on your way, you will have played 573 minutes, netting 100 total.
You can breeze through the first 700-800 with no effort in just a few short hours. If you have the patience, you can get the full 1000. Time consuming, but effortless.
Translated, these six achievements refer to clearing the game with each character. The game features six characters, and six achievements for 100 gamerscore each for beating the game with each one. Luckily, you can play the game in Gorgeous Mode or "G-Mode" as it's commonly referred too. Here you can die as much as you want and continue right where you left off.
To find this mode, select the second option at the main menu highlighted in blue, then from there selcet the first option to start. Since you can continue an infinite amount of times, difficulty won't matter, but if desired you can change the difficulty. In the G-Mode screen, select the fourth option to change the difficuty to Very Easy.
Translated, this achievement refers to collecting all illustration and weapon cards for a single character. This will likely be your last achievement you will get. You get Weapon Cards by purchasing them and also one at every Game Over screen. Illustration Cards can ONLY be obtained at Game Over Screens. So, you will want to concentrate on a single character to obtain all for one character. Replay the first level (or the first few) over and over again on G-Mode. Die and don't continue to get a Game over. If you get good at it, you can earn lots of points by not dying/getting hit to obtain an "S" rank. Also, the harder the difficulty the more points you get.
You can spend your points on Weapon Cards. The shop is the third option from the main menu. You also get Weapon Cards from Game Over screens, but the more you have the less frequnt they become, so you are better off buying them. Illustration cards only come from Game Over Screen, and like weapon ones, become less frequent the more you have. You will have to playthe first option from the main menu, known as Arcade or sometimes referred to as Original Mode. Quickly die and hope you get a missing illustration card.
Translated, these achievements refer to "touching" the angels 5, 73, and 573 times. At the Character Select Screen (or in the level summary) hover your feather cursor anywhere over the character using the right analouge stick. Tap the A button to touch them.
Translated, these achievements refer to playing for 5, 57, and 573 minutes. This will unlock at the Game Over Screen, therefore sitting in the menus will not count. When you are going for all your cards for a single character you should unlock these.
