Introduction:
Powerup Heroes is a Kinect fighting game in which you unlock characters and special moves as you progress through the campaign. This game proves to be fairly easy, but does have quite a grind with it. The moves are pretty simple and even though it's a Kinect game, you don't get winded too easily.

Step 1 - Tournament
Start up a tournament and choose 4 players. Make sure you are first on the tournament ladder (Player 1) as you will always want to be on the left side when you are in a fight in order to win. This is a good opportunity to gain achievements not related to the campaign.

Step 2 - Campaign
Start the campaign and make sure to use each new suit as you unlock it and use all three of it's super attacks. This shouldn't be too big of an issue as long as you getting good use of your super attacks and chaining them together when possible. Also learn to dodge at the right moments. Learn your opponents attacks so you'll know when to dodge. This will prove crucial in the latter half of the campaign as your opponents become a little tougher and faster.

Step 3 - Online
Win a online match to unlock the "Here I Am" achievement for 25. You can try your luck HERE in the Achievement Trading Thread, but you best chance of getting this is to boost with a friend.

Step 4 - Boosting XP
This is very time consuming and tedious. You have to reach level 10 which requires you to have 150,000 XP. The best way to do this is face opponents who have a high level. The higher the level of your opponent, the more XP you receive.

Conclusion
If you can get over the long XP grind this game is a piece of cake. As long as you use your attacks wisely and perfectly dodge oncoming attacks this game will be another completed game to your collection with little hassle.

Super Chain20
Chained two Super Attacks by changing Suit

See "Ultra Chain"

Fearless fighter50
Won a match without dodging

Just as the description says don't dodge during the entire match. This can be done in either mode, but is easier to do in a multiplayer tournament. You can do this by yourself. The Kinect won't register a second player but you can still continue to play.

Modernist200
Unlocked all PowerUps (1)

This will probably be the last achievement you get. You will need to gain 150,000 XP to reach Level 10. There are quite a few ways to do this: replay campaign levels, tournaments, or 2-player versus. The best way to grind this out is to boost a two-player versus match with your opponent being at a high level. The higher their level, the more XP you will earn. You can boost with a friend at a high level or if you're doing this yourself make sure you're gaining XP for the dummy second player so you're gaining more XP off of them. This will take several hours to achieve, even after completing the campaign and getting all other achievements.

The untouchable75
Won a fight without being hit

You can get this in either mode, but the easiest way to get this is in a multiplayer tournament. You can do this by yourself. The Kinect won't register a second player but you can still continue to play.

All Super Attacks have been performed

As you progress through campaign you unlock a different suit after each fight. It's best to use the suits as they unlock so you know which suits you've done the super attacks with. Just use each new suit and perform all 3 attacks of that suit. Make sure that the attacks hit your opponent in order to count.

Ultimate Chain100
Chained three Super Attacks by changing Suit twice

See "Ultra Chain"

Ultra Chain50
Chained three Super Attacks by changing Suit once

These achievements require you to perform super attacks while changing suits. See the list below on how to get these achievements.

Chain - Just perform two super attacks without changing suits.

Super Chain - Perform a super attack with your first suit, raise your left arm to switch suits, and then perform a super attack.

Ultimate Chain - With your starting suit perform a super attack, raise your left arm to change suits, perform a super attack with the second suit, raise your left arm to switch back to the first suit and perform a different super attack.

Ultra Chain - You can do this one of two ways. Either do two super attacks with your first suit, raise your left arm to switch suits and then perform a super attack. Or you can do it in reverse and perform a super attack with your first suit, raise your left arm to switch suits and then perform two super attacks.

Best of the Best50
Won a Tournament

Start up a tournament and set it to 4 players. You can do this yourself just make sure you are always player 1. You can't control the other characters and the Kinect won't register a second player, but you can still continue to play. This is also a good opportunity to get "The untouchable" and "Fearless fighter".

Here I am25
Won a Ranked match (13)

All you have to do is win a match online. You can try you luck in the Achievement Trading Thread HERE, but you're better off boosting this with a friend if you can.

Chain5
Chained two Super Attacks (3)

See "Ultra Chain"

You’ve beaten the world200
Completed the Campaign Mode

Story-related and can't be missed.

The final boss can prove tricky for some. If you're struggling, make sure you choose Suits with high speed and high chain and avoid characters with hold moves. Also make sure to pay attention to your opponents moves and memorize them to time your dodges perfectly. As soon as you dodge one of his Super Attacks, do one of your own straight away and put chains together for greater damage overall. Be patient it may take a few tries. An alternate way is to level up to 10 which will make this final boss fight much more easier.

Won against Malignance (2)
