I too have held down the trigger for a few levels without letting go, so I think you have to not get stopped at all during your run. May prove to be more difficult than I intially thought.

Check out this video on YouTube:

It looks like the trick is to hold down RT for the duration of the level and ensure that you never get turned around to where you have to back track in the opposite direction.

The guide above makes this achievement look pretty easy. Enjoy!

For Best way is you play "Can't Catch Me" World 1 you just hold it and NEVER LET IT GO!!

This level you just go straigh and don't worry about walls you get it anyway (make sure you don't fail to press right time).

Over the rainbow is the easiest level to get it on. The trick is not to stop at any time, and of course sprint (hold RT).

I still cannot get this I have tried on numerous levels just holding RT but there is more to it than that. I thought it might be because I have to stop to grab onto something or jump off of something or attack something but after watch the video #3 posted I realized he does all of these things and still manages to get the achievement. He even backtracks a bit and still gets it so I doubt it has anything to do with backtracking... I just dont get it...

Over The Rainbow is a brilliant level for this, just keep RT held down until you HAVE the achievement, don't let go just because you've opened the box, but it should pop during the counting of the Lums.

Also got the achievement for Replaying A Level here, so bagged 50G.
