Pro Keys Graduate

Complete the final Pro Keys trainers.

Like the Pro Drum Trainer these final lessons can be very tricky, and have even given trained piano players difficulty. Access them from the Goals menu (Pro Keyboard > Lessons and Trainer Goals > Advanced Scales) or the Training menu and pass every lesson at full speed to unlock this. You will need to hit every note without hitting extra notes to unlock this achievement.

This ones tough. For a easier way try pausing between every note, then setting up your fingers for the next note. This is especially helpful for the trick 4-note chord tutorials. * You have to have a note held down when you unpause or else it screws up.*

I'm going to toot my professional horn here and say that, as a musician and educator, the rhythms they are using to introduce players to the scales they have chosen are fucking stupid. Why can't they give a steady quarter note pulse instead of throwing in strange note values, when learning the damn instrument is hard enough.

Sorry Harmonix, but fuck you for some of your counter-intuitive decisions.

I've got the last 2 tutorials to do and I can't f*cking do them. I've tried for hours and hours. It's useless. The timing between the notes is so random.

Listen to #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the best possible solution, thanks SO much! But make sure to keep a button held down when you unpause!

I've played piano for 15 years and took 7 years of lessons and these are nigh impossible...

And scratch that, #1's technique works like a charm. I didn't even have to have a note held down when I unpaused.

Pro keys might be the hardest instrument to play, and this cheevo surely proves that. My method is that I start the lesson at 60% speed, and once I get 100% at that speed, I increase 10% until I get to 100% speed. By then muscle memory takes over and it's much easier than starting at 100%. I have been working on this for weeks now, and I am up to the very last section of the very last lesson. And I haven't yelled at my screen this much in a while. Your calibration has to be flawless and timing has to be precise. I can hardly do it at 80% speed, much less 100%. Good luck to you all, hope this helps. [:
