Introduction:
Welcome to Ryse: Son of Rome a swords and sandles epic tale of betrayal, revenge and divine intervention. You step into the greaves of Marius Titus, a young Roman soldier fighting for family and the honor of Rome. Developed by Crytek it's expectedly gorgeous and among the best looking Xbox One launch titles. The Hack 'n' Slash combat is easy to pick up but surprisingly more difficult to master, which you will need to do to some extent to make it through the game on Legendary.

Walkthrough:
Step one - Story:
First thing is first you're going to want to jump into the story mode where you will be picking up the majority of the achievements. A minimum of two playthroughs are required for the completion, your first can be on any difficulty as the difficulty achievements will stack. Completing the game once will unlock Legendary for your second run. Playing through the story once at the Centurion difficulty level will net you 19 achievements for 580:

  • To Protect And Serve
  • I Have A Story To Tell
  • Forever Lost
  • I Will Avenge You, Father
  • Saving Private Marius
  • Who's That Girl
  • Trouble In Sherwood Forest
  • The Bigger They Are
  • Heart Of Darkness
  • Inner Demons
  • Siege Me If You Can
  • From The Dead
  • Never Give Up, Never Surrender
  • Ave, Caesar
  • Not My Type After All
  • Settling Old Debts
  • Veni, Vidi, Vici
  • Empire Of Dirt
  • Bad To The Bone

A Second playthrough on Legendary will net you a measly 40 and the achievements:

  • I Have A Story To Tell (Legendary)
  • I Will Avenge You, Father(Legendary)
  • Saving Private Marius (Legendary)
  • Trouble In Sherwood Forest (Legendary)
  • Heart of Darkness (Legendary)
  • Siege Me If You Can (Legendary)
  • Ave, Caesar(Legendary)
  • Settling Old Debts (Legendary)

**WARNING: Although the achievements themselves don't appear to be glitched, the game seems to have trouble recognizing when you are selecting 'Legendary' difficulty for some people. To be sure you are playing on Legendary as soon as you start Chapter I check to see what your base execution bonus number is, for Legendary it should be '0'.**

During these playthroughs there are also a number of misc. achievements you will want to be working on, along with the collectibles, take a look at the relevant sections of the guide for more information on those.

Step 2 - Multiplayer:
This is where you will be spending the majority of your time if you are going for the full 1000. The achievements aren't too hard to come by and most will come naturally on your way to level 100, which will take a fair amount of time. Check the relevant section of the guide for some multiplayer leveling tips. NOTE: Only 3 of the 12 MP achievements need to be done with another player, the rest can be accomplished in the 'Solo' playlist.

Step 3 - Mop Up:
If you are still missing any of those misc. achievements or collectibles you can just go to 'Timeline' and choose any level to replay on whichever difficulty you want, making mop up a fairly easy endevour.

Mars' Chosen DLC

The DLC introduces a new game mode to the multiplayer: Survival. This mode puts you in the Colleseum and tasks you with surviving for as long as you can against an infinite string of enemies whilst also fighting a bleed effect that increases the longer you surive. The DLC also introduces two new Gladiator skins for you to wear in the arena.

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
Step One -
Play a round of survival on the Courtyard map and survive for seven minutes.

Step Two -
Play a round of survival on the Firestorm map and survive for seven minutes.

Step Three -
Play a round of survival on the Dockyard map and survive for seven minutes.

Step Four -
Reach level 130. Purchase a Tier 6 booster pack, and equip an item from said pack. Now, start one final round of any kind on any map.

Duel of Fates DLC

Introduction:
Welcome to the second piece of DLC for Microsofts' Ryse: Son of Rome. Entitled 'Duels of Fate', the DLC was released on 24th April 2014 at a cost of £8.99/$8.99 with a download size of 8mb.

The DLC introduces a new map to the game; Island. It also includes two new solo maps, Invictus and Barbarous. The DLC also introduces two new Gladiator skins for you to wear in the arena, Glott and Marius.

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
Step One -
Play a round of survival on Island with thirty enviromental executions.

Step Two -
Complete the solo map Invictus.

Step Three -
Complete the solo map Barbarous.

Step Four -
Reach rank 150.

Conclusion:
Another easy piece of DLC for Ryse which shouldn't cause anybody any problems with completing. The only snagging point, will be the amount of time it takes to reach Rank 150. If you are just starting out at Rank 1, you are in for a time consuming grind. If you are already past this milestone, it'll take seconds.

Morituri DLC

Introduction:
Welcome to the third piece of DLC for Microsofts' Ryse: Son of Rome. Entitled the 'Morituri Pack'. For those who like a bit of culture in their achievement guides, 'Morituri' is Latin for 'We who are about to die'. It's part of a longer oath of 'Morituri te salutamus' which means 'We who are about to die salute you'. So there you go.

The DLC introduces three new multiplayer maps to the game; Sulphur River, Revolution and Forbidden Forest. It also includes two new solo maps, Beacon and False Gods. The DLC also introduces one new Gladiator skin for you to wear in the arena, King Oswald.

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
Step One -
Play a round of survival on Forbidden Forest with thirty environmental executions.

Step Two -
Complete the solo map Beacon.

Step Three -
Complete the solo map False Gods.

Step Four -
Reach rank 200 / Make 1000 Executions. Fortunately, both of these are retroactive if you have already passed the totals and will pop when you start your first multiplayer round.

Cloud Update DLC

Introduction to Title Update Achievements:
Well ladies and gents, it seems three little achievements snuck their way into our Ryse: Son of Rome achievement lists. Luckily for most of us, these achievements may actually unlock without having to play much of the game, if any at all. Adding a whopping 250, this title update delivers no new content, although it does boost gamerscore and takes roughly one hour to complete baring any Xbox Service issues.

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
Start out by going to your achievement app and seeing what, if anything, has already unlocked and what you have left to do. We will tackle "Et tu, Brute" first. If it has not unlocked, or says "Done, unlocking..." then there is a quick little way that has been reported, and confirmed to work for some people. Load up the campaign and head into the first chapter simply replaying it on the easiest difficulty. After completing the first chapter for a second time you should unlock the achievement even if it says that it is "Done, unlocking..." If it does not unlock after the first chapter replay, you will need to re-do the final chapter as well. Now let's shift focus to those two multiplayer achievements.

If you are like most people and are returning to these achievements, you probably have already unlocked "Beware the Ides of March" for 15 executions in a single multiplayer game. This is a relatively easy achievement to grab if you do not have it. Simply load up the multiplayer, go to solo, and choose Barbarous as your map. Now if you have already completed the achievements for this game and did not play it strenuously for fun, you may only have one or two map completions for Barbarous out of the required seven. For "Madness in March" to unlock you must complete the map, not simply start and quit. So load up Barbarous, get your 15 executions (remember the little symbol above an enemies head and then ), finish the map, and keep replaying it until you snag seven Barbarous completions. You can keep your achievement tracker snapped to keep your progress locked in.

Conclusion:
Ryse is a fun, albeit fairly short game, like most of the launch titles the achievements aren't that taxing and pretty enjoyable to obtain. Just have fun, enjoy the eye candy and welcome in the next gen with style.

  • Complete The Beginning On Legendary Difficulty

    Story related, cannot be missed.

This achievement will be unlocked by completing chapter I on Legendary Difficulty.

Legendary difficulty is unlocked after completing the story. Some notes and tips to completing the game on Legendary:

    • Parry and evade are essential, the enemies hit much harder so you can't just eat blows like you can on the lower levels. Also health regain is vastly reduced.
    • Heavy attacks are your best friend on the bigger enemies. A heavy attack is performed by holding either or and will stagger them, even if they are mid swing, and you can follow up with a couple of sword strikes before moving onto another enemy or just rolling back and repeating.
    • Unblockable attacks no longer have the red highlight on your attacker, including bosses, so you need to get a feel for the animations so you can either time a perfect parry or get out of the way.
    • Your base execution bonus is zero. This means that, unlike the lower levels where you can miss a button press and still receive your base bonus, if you miss a single press during your executions you get nothing.
    • Stick with the Health execution bonus, the minor damage bonus is not worth giving up the extra health from your executions, especially when regular hits take off an entire health capsule and heavy ones a capsule and a half.
    • Try to make every execution count, even if you have to slow down your presses to soldier hits, having the lowest bonus is better than having nothing.
    • Plumes are your friend, try to keep a good stock of them as much as you can. During combat the quick throw, + , will set up standard enemies for instant executions and disarm the shielded enemies.
  • Complete The Wrath of Nemesis On Legendary Difficulty

    Story related, cannot be missed.

This achievement will be unlocked by completing chapter VII on Legendary Difficulty.

  • Unlock The First Reward Of The Gods

    (8)

At the start of each match players can chose one of four Gods to represent, each comes with their own perks. The Gods and their respective perks are:

    Jupiter:

    • Execution: Focus Gain
    • Focus Ability: Time Storm (AoE Slowdown)

    Mars:

    • Execution: Damage Gain
    • Focus Ability: Fires Of War (AoE Damage)

    Apollo:

    • Execution: Health Regain
    • Focus Ability: Solar Stun (AoE Slowdown)

    Diana:

    • Execution: XP Boost
    • Focus Ability: Hurricane Blast (AoE Knock-back)

Each of them also has a unique reward that is unlocked by playing 10 rounds as their representative. The achievement will unlock after you have earned your first reward. Can not be done in Round to Round.

  • Unlock All The Rewards Of The Gods

    (6)

See Grace Of The Gods for more info on rewards.

Unlocked after earning your fourth and final reward.

  • Fight On Each Multiplayer Arena Environment

    (46)

There are a total of 11 different MP environments, you need to play a round on each of them to unlock the achievement. The different environments are:

    • Garden
    • Market
    • Castle
    • Rabbit
    • Wickerman
    • Arch
    • Stronghold
    • Black Forrest
    • Courtyard
    • Sandstorm
    • Oasis

The fastest way to play through the environments is to head into the Arena playlist and play a match on the following arenas:

    • Defense of Rome (Garden, Market & Castle)
    • Teamwork (Rabbit & Wickerman)
    • World Tour (Arch, Rabbit & Stronghold)
    • The Frontier (Black Forrest & Oasis)
    • Endless Hordes (Courtyard & Sandstorm)

If you are struggling to get a complete match on any of the arenas you can find people to play with HERE.

Credit to Jedi Moonknight for the information regarding the environments and BluWolve for confirming the playlist.

  • Replay Any Single Player Level

Can be done at any time after completing the first chapter. Hit Pause, select the mission, difficulty and the achievement will unlock at the start of the chapter, you don't have to complete the chapter.

  • Complete A Comic Book By Collecting 6 Chronicles In A Level

The earliest this can be obtained is Chapter 3, it's the first chapter to contain 6 Chronicles.

See 'Finders Keepers' for more info.

  • Equip Your First Rare Item in Multiplayer

    (1)

In Ryse, equipment upgrades are obtained via Booster Packs that can be bought with the gold earned from your matches. Gold can also be purchased in the Xbox Games Store.

The quickest way to obtain a 'Rare' item is to purchase a Tier 1 Silver Pack for 400g, this will net you 1 rare item. You can also buy a Gold Pack for 600g to grab yourself 3 rares. Equip your item and the achievement will unlock at the beginning of your next match.

  • Equip Your First Tier 5 Item In Multiplayer

To purchase a Tier 5 Pack you need to be Rank 89. The packs cost 2000g, 4000g and 6000g for Bronze, Silver and Gold respectively.

Once you have bought your pack quip your item(s) and the achievement will unlock at the beginning of your next match.

  • Revive Another Player 3 Times

When playing a co-op match and you partner loses all their health they will enter a downed state. Head over to them and you will be prompted to hit to revive them. Do this 3 times to unlock the achievement. Can be boosted.

This is cumulative and does not need to be done in the same match or with the same player.

  • Get In Combat With All Executions And Upgrades Purchased

    (9)

Once you have all the upgrades and executions unlocked, simply get into a fight and the achievement is yours.

To unlock all the upgrades you will need to get to level 7 in SP and it will cost you 798,000 Valor for all combat upgrades and 1,202,000 Valor for all executions. So that's a cool 2 million total, this will likely take you two playthroughs, to make this a little faster you can buy the XP execution bonus upgrades first and use your XP execution as much as possible. The bonuses during your Legendary playthrough will likely be very small and not worth giving up the health regain for. If you find yourself short on Valor at the end of your second run you can load up Chapter I on recruit and fight your way to the end of the bridge, then restart checkpoint and repeat. Depending on your skill with executions and how high you can keep your multiplier you can easily get 60-100k+ Valor in five minutes.

  • Achieve Rank 100 in Multiplayer

    (77)

Reaching rank 100 is going to be a little bit of a grind, but with a little practice it really shouldn't take that long. If you have a partner the best set up would to create a custom game and set the environment to 'Classic Rome'. Set your Gods to Jupiter, his Time Storm ability works the same as your Focus ability in single player and allows you to breach the defenses of any enemies. More importantly it allows you to rack up your multiplier which is key to gaining more XP, couple this with the Focus execution bonus and you can have this on tap for most of the match. Remember you can only have 2 Focus capsules filled in MP so if you have two and you're still fighting burn one to up your multiplier. The second player can set their God to Apollo or stick with Jupiter, while the XP boost you receive from Diana might sound nice it's really not all worth it. Apollo's focus ability, Solar Stun, has the same effect as Jupiter's effectively allowing you to double up on your slowdowns and increase your multiplier even more. Mars' damage increase will certainly make things easier but will bring down your XP gain because less hit's = lower multiplier.

Now about that multiplier, this is the key to earning lots and lots of XP you are going to want to aim to keep that up for as much of the match as possible, all of it if you can manage it. That's craziness you fool I hear you scream, not with the help of . Hitting that will have you playing to the crowd, which will freeze your multiplier while you wait for more enemies to come or you go out and find them. If it starts to flash, hit it again. Here are some tips to keep your multiplier going:

    • Take your time, slashing at thin air will end your combo faster, you have more than enough time to get your bearings after a kill to find an enemy before your multiplier drops. Don't just point your analogue to where you think they are and hit if you can't see them. Keep in mind while you are heading to your next objective than any combat action, evading or parrying arrows, will restart the timer on your multiplier dropping off. If this happens before you get to the combat hit again to stop the timer.
    • Get into a rhythm with your strikes , pushes and parries . Most regular enemies will take two strikes then they will evade so you should be looking for your next target as that second strike lands, if you don't have any push them and strike again. Shielded enemies will need to be pushed, then struck twice, then move on.
    • Co-ordinate with your partner on when to use your Focus ability. If you see an advanced enemy type joining the fight, dual wielders or heavies, you are going to want one of you to hit your ability ability so you can quickly take them out of the game and go back to the regular enemies.
    • Keep your eye out for archers, they are hell on your multiplier. If you can, take the fight out of their line or sight. If they spawn near you quickly hop up and take them out before fighting the rest. But remember that even in the middle of a fight if you can hit at the right time you can still parry the arrows.
    • Executions will give you a moment to breath because you are invulnerable during them and some enemies will back off or just lose interest in you completely and go after your partner.
    • Try to spread out and share the enemies whenever possible. Getting to close together can be confusing and cause you to get hit, losing your multiplier.
  • Equip Your First Tier 2 Item in Multiplayer

To purchase a Tier 2 Booster Pack you need to be rank 4. The packs will cost you 600g, 1200g and 1800g for Bronze, Silver and Gold respectively.

When you have bought your pack equip your item(s) and the achievement will unlock at the beginning of your next match.

  • Perform A Co-op Execution

As in single player when you damage an enemy enough you will be able to perform an execution. If your co-op partner is close enough the icon will be slightly larger and will pulse. Both players need to hit RT to start the execution when this icon appears. If done correctly you will perform a co-op execution and the achievement will unlock.

  • Defeat 100 Enemies in Multiplayer

Just kill 100 enemies in the arena, this will come easily in your first handful of matches.

  • Defeat 25 Enemies In A Row Without Sustaining Damage

    (13)

This, along with 'Comboing My Way Through' can be a little more annoying than they sound. There is no indication that an enemy is about to strike you other than the animation. Which is difficult to spot if they are coming up from behind you or you are surrounded and the camera angle is tight. Think the Arkham games on NG+.

The best place to unlock this in the MP Arena mode, load up a solo game on Courtyard and choose Mars as your God for a damage boost and start the match. Fight through the 'Warm Up' and wait for the next section to start. The one you want to be looking for is 'Use the oil cauldrons to destroy the bunkers'. Don't bother taking out the bunkers yet and don't worry about getting hit by the initial wave, it has some harder enemy types in there so it's not easy to get through it unscathed. If you can manage it then it will make the next bit a little shorter but it doesn't really matter. Once the initial wave is toast two enemies will continuously spawn from the two bunkers. They are minions and can be killed in 2 hits, just keep on taking out these easy enemies until you have your 25. You can also do this if you end up getting 'Take out the archers' or 'Destroy the catapults', it just takes a little more time. For the archers you will need to go hide behind one of the fences that rise up when their platform does, take out the initial wave again then the minions will start to spawn, only two at a time which makes it a little longer. With the catapults take one of them out then after the initial wave is down go stand right next to the other catapult and it won't fire at you. Once the minions spawn just take them out without moving too far away from the catapult, again they only come 2 at a time.

Here is a video of the bunker arena method provided by EnemyBritBomber.

  • Use An Execution To Set Fire To An Enemy

    (3)

Can be obtained as early as Chapter I, during the fight with the fire wielding barbarian warlord towards the end of the chapter. Use your shield to push him into the flames he created and strike him until you see the execute prompt, hit to begin the execution and the achievement will unlock.

Can also be unlocked in the MP arena, on certain environments there will be fire trap tiles that cause a ring of fire to encircle you for a couple of minutes. Enemies will jump through the flames to attack you, attack one until you get the execution prompt and just get him close to the fire before hitting to initiate the execution.

  • Kill An Enemy By Perfectly Deflecting An Arrow

    (4)

You have to time a parry with A perfectly to deflect an incoming arrow into another enemy. I found a good place to do this is Chapter VII: Pax Romana. A little way into the level you will be tasked with defending a barge from the shore. In the first area you drop down into there are a few archers. Take out a couple, especially any on higher ground, the rest will be on the same level as you and I found it easier to hit them when they are. Step out and wait for the arrows to come and just try to time your parry. You will get it eventually.

  • Use A Trap To Kill An Enemy

    (3)

In the MP arenas various traps will spawn, you can either actively use a trap such as a oil pot on an enemy or you can strike/push them into a trap like the spinning blades. Luring an enemy over a trap tile won't count, as seen in the video below, you have to be actively engaged in combat with them. Once you have managed to take down one enemy with any trap the achievement will unlock.

  • Survive For 7 Minutes in Courtyard (Survival Mode)

    (9)

Surviving for seven minutes is not a difficult task with a good time consisting of twenty five minutes upwards. Simply do it on Courtyard in the Survival Mode.

There are a few tips that can be offered here :

    • Use Apollo or Jupiter as your gods. Apollo is probably the best here for both players as his health boost will help immensely to counter the bleed.
    • Focus Focus Focus. When you have a full focus bar, use it. It sets you up for the executions, and stops you getting hit.
    • Execute Execute Execute. This should be the only way you are killing enemies. With Apollo as your God, every execution refills your health. Simply chain executions and you should have no problems.
    • Equip a health potion and a revival potion to your two potion slots. Use them when you are in trouble.
    • Don't forget the statues! You may use Nero's statue once per round, and it will completely fill your health and your focus. If it starts getting hairy, use it.
    • The higher your rank, the easier this is due to your gear. Equip gear with more health slots and higher regen.

If you follow the above advice, you should have no problem clearing huge times unless your rank and gear restricts you.

DLC: Duel of Fates (Store Link)

There are 5 achievements with a total of 250 points

  • Achieve Rank 150 in Multiplayer

This will unlock when you reach Rank 150 on the multiplayer side of the game. Whilst this will sound daunting, the Survival mode included with the last DLC update is great for XP and makes this achievement an awful lot easier.

Simply keep playing multiplayer rounds aiming for high combos to earn more experience. Once you hit Rank 150 the achievement will unlock mid-game.

  • Perform 30 Environmental Executions on Island

This sounds tougher than it is. Select the map Island and start playing. As you enter the arena, to your right you will notice a small square sticking out over the water with a trapdoor on it. This is the section you want to patrol. Enemies will exit this trapdoor continuously in Survival mode. Weaken them (usng focus helps) and position them so that they are trapped between the edge of the water and yourself. When they are weak and they can be executed, make sure there is a 'cracked skull' icon above their heads. This cracked skull indicates an environmental execution. There are two execution animations here to look out for - one, you shoulderbarge/kick them into the water. Two, from behind you stab them, and let them fall off your sword into the water. Either of these count. Simply repeat on thirty enemies.

You can also use environmental executions on other features in the map, such as the pillars. However, the water method is by far the easiest and fastest. The achievement is cumulative, so it doesn't have to be done in one round.

  • Complete Invictus

Another easy 50. Load up the new solo map, Invcitus. Simply fight your way to the end of the map to unlock.

  • Another easy 50. Load up the new solo map, Barbarous. Simply fight your way to the end of the map to unlock.

  • Play a Round of Survival on Island

The easiest 50of them all. Play a round of Survival from the start to your death on the new DLC map, Island.

DLC: Morituri (Store Link)

There are 5 achievements with a total of 250 points

  • In the multiplayer menu, load up the new solo map, False Gods. Simply follow the instructions given to complete the map. There is nothing to taxing here, just slaying barbarians and setting a few oil cauldrons on fire. Should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

  • Complete Beacon

In the multiplayer menu, load up the new solo map, Beacon. Simply follow the instructions given to complete the map. There is nothing to taxing here, just slaying barbarians and defending some zones. Should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

  • Perform 30 Environmental Executions in Forbidden Forest

This sounds tougher than it is. Select the map Forbidden Forest from the survival part of the multiplayer menu, pick Diana as your god and start playing with your partner.

We are going to do two things here: normal environmental executions, and use our focus hurricane to push enemies into the logs. Upon entering this arena you will see a few pits where environmental executions are possible, but you will notice that most of the arena walls are lined with log spikes. It is upon these walls you will try to do your executions/hurricane.

    Method One:
When they are weak and they can be executed, make sure there is a 'cracked skull' icon above their heads. This cracked skull indicates an environmental execution. If there isn't a cracked skull icon but you are infront of a wall, do not execute the enemy but try to position your body so you line up directly with him and the wall. Once the cracked skull icon is present, hit your execution. I only noticed one execution animation against these walls and it was a double

    Method Two:
In conjunction with method one, use your hurricane focus ability to push enemies into the spikes. Each kill like this also counts as an environmental execution and speeds the process up no end.

    Simply repeat on thirty enemies.

You can also use environmental executions on other features in the map, such as the pillars or pits. However, the log spike method is by far the easiest and fastest. The achievement is cumulative, so it doesn't have to be done in one round. The achievement will pop mid round.

  • Achieve Rank 200 in Multiplayer

This is the make or break achievement. For those who start the DLC and are passed Rank 200 it will pop upon entering your first multiplayer match. For those at Rank 1 it may take around 20-30 hours to grind out. Simply hit rank 200 to pop this achievement. For those looking to rank up fast, playing Survival on the Dockyard map seems to be the quickest way.

  • Perform 1000 Executions in Multiplayer

Another achievement similar to the one above; if you have already met the requirements before starting the DLC it will pop upon playing your first multiplayer match/landing one execution. For those who haven't already met this target, you must perform 1000 executions, on any map in any multiplayer mode.

To perform an execution you must first weaken an enemy using  attacks, and when there is a skull icon above their head you need to press . This triggers the animation. It doesn't matter if you hit the correct corresponding buttons, once the animation has started you are as good as done. Repeat this process on 1000 enemies. This will come naturally before you earn "Master of the Colosseum" but will still take a while.

DLC: Cloud Update

There are 3 achievements with a total of 250 points

  • Save the Emperor (finish chapter 1) and then kill him (finish chapter 8)

For most people who have already played the game, this may unlock for you automatically, or may be stuck at "Done, unlocking..." If you get the latter, there are two alternatives for you to use. You can either wait out the achievement to unlock, or you can replay the first/maybe last chapter.

For me, I had it stuck at the done unlocking and replayed the first chapter on the easiest difficulty. During the final cutscene the achievement unlocked. It has been reported that simply replaying the first chapter did not work for some people and they instead had to do both the first and last. If this the case for you, simply replay them both to unlock the achievement.

  • Play seven multiplayer games on Barbarous

Load up multiplayer, head to solo maps, and choose Barbarous. You will need to complete the entire map and will not be able to "die out" or quit out to unlock progress for this achievement. The map takes approximately eight minutes to complete if you fly through the enemies and know where to be and where to drop your abilities for maximum efficiency. after the seventh map completion of Barbarous the achievement will unlock.

  • Complete 15 executions in a single multiplayer game

You may have already unlocked this achievement, and it may actually be time-stamped at an earlier date so the first step would be to find out where it is. If you still have yet to unlock it, load up Barbarous and ensure that you execute the first 15 enemies you battle. There are probably close to 40 enemies total not counting minions in the second to last objective that can be executed for credit. By stacking your executions with "Madness in March" you can ensure you do not play a map that is not necessary for completing an achievement.
