I don't get it. I've uploaded wins directly after games have finished yet. I have no achievement. Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

I actually was doing the same, and I just figured it out. If you go to replay (same menu as ranked, etc) you will see 'My Battles' has no data. Go to the 'Battle Log' tab, and press start to save one of them. Once that is done, press 'X' on the replay under 'My Battles' to get it.

Does it have to be a player match? i've won multiple ranked matches and uploaded them the same way as @2 said, but it wont pop for me, i was sure i had done it for a player mach as well but still no dice.

The same thing was happening to me, so I thought it had something to do with my security settings, I ended up setting the back to default (adult) and Bam!- it worked. Try that. Hope it helps. I think it has to to with what you allow yourself and others to see on your profiles and such, but once I changed my settings, I got both Sings Own Praise and Notes On Rival.

Alright for those with confusion this is what I did:
1. First of all I did a ranked match. You must win, can't upload a lost battle and still get the achievement.
2. Go to replay on live and go to battle logs.
3. Save (start button) one of your victories and move back to my battles.
4. Hit upload (x), but it will take 5 minutes to upload. Once timer is off, then finally upload the file and boom achievement is yours. You don't need to watch the clip, just upload the victory.
