Welcome to South Park: Tenorman's Revenge!
This is a platformer in which you play as the four boys Cartman, Kyle, Kenny and Stan.
The game is heavily focused on co-op, which can be played with up to four players locally or online. For those playing solo: the achievements can be gained with an extra controller as well.
The story is about the four boys pursuit through space and time to retrieve Cartman's Xbox 360 hard drive, which has been stolen by Scott Tenorman.
To gain access to new levels, you have to collect Time Cores throughout the game. A total of 69 are needed to unlock all of the 22 levels. Follow the collectables guide to gain more than enough Time Cores.
You will need to complete all levels 4 times, once with each character.
Always check which character you need to complete the level with before starting a new level.
At the level select screen, press on a level to see which characters you have completed the level with.
Your active character at the end of a level registers as completed.
If you're planning on playing co-op, there are a few things you should know about:
- Story progress and the collected megamen and time cores only count for the host, not other players.
- Secret areas counts for all players that are present when the secret area is discovered AND are present when the level ends.
- If you're not the host, you still get credit for completing a level without dying, completing a level in co-op or completing a level with a certain character.

Playthrough 1, Collectables
By the fact that you need Time Cores to unlock new levels, it's best to start with the collectables playthrough.
There are two kinds of collectables in this game: megamen and secret areas.
Secret areas are hidden areas in the walls, ceiling or floors. Every level has them except the boss levels. There is one diamond in each level which reveals the secret area by making it sparkle.
All levels except the boss levels have three megamen: one red, one green and one yellow. Most of them are located in areas which you need a character specific power up to gain access to.
If you quit or get a GAME OVER during a level, the collectables you have collected during the level will not count.
It can be rather hard to find the collectables on your own, so be sure to use the collectables guide. See the achievement "Super Adventure Club".
During this playthrough you will get the achievements: "Super Adventure Club" and "Ultra-Mega-Mega Man!" for a total of 25
As well as these story based achievements: "One down!", "Die Tenorman, Die!", "Halfie" and "Tears of Unfathomable Sadness" for a total of 35
Playthrough 2, Gold medals
Do NOT start a new game! It will reset all your progress. Use the level select.
In this playthrough you're going for the “Super Run Time” achievement.
By collecting time particles, you can decrease your time below 00:00.
Defeated enemies drops time particles and there is usually a lot of time particles in the secret areas. (See achievement “Super Adventure Club” for secret area locations)
You might have got gold medals on some levels during the collectables playthrough, so check the stats. Press on a level to see what medal you have earned.
See achievement “Super Run Time” for the times to beat.

During this playthrough you will get the achievement “Super Run Time” for 20.
Playthrough 3, Completing the game without dying (and multiplayer achievements if playing solo)
Do NOT start a new game! It will reset all your progress. Use the level select.
Completing the game without dying can be quite frustrating, so if you want to make things easier, you can join a level in progress right before the end and complete the level and it will count towards this achievement. Do this either by having a friend inviting you or by playing through a level with a second controller and then joining in with your main gamertag by pressing the button.
See achievement ”Respect my Authoritah!” for a video that shows how to do this method.
If you are playing solo, you can use the method to get the “Super Fun Time” achievement at the same time.
At the level select, press on a level to see if you have completed the level without dying and if you have completed the level in co-op.
Note: If you play with a friend on a level you haven't unlocked yet on your gamertag, you still get credit for completing it in co-op and if you didn't die during the level.
During this playthrough you will get the achievements "Respect my Authoritah!", "Super Fun Time" and “Super Best Friends” for a total of 40
Playthrough 4, Mop-up
Do NOT start a new game! It will reset all your progress. Use the level select.
Time to do some mopping.
In this playthrough you should get the Miscellaneous achievements if there's any left. They are:
"The Daywalker!"
"Mpph Mpprhhh!"
"The Quarterback!"
"I'm Not Fat!"
"REDtribution"
"Good times with Weapons"
"Coon & Friends"
"Time Child"
At the level select, press to see if you have anything left to do. On every level you need to have:
all three megamen, earned a gold medal, discovered all secrets, completed the level with all four characters, completed the level without dying and completed the level in co-op.
Conclusion:
South Park: Tenorman's Revenge is a funny game with classic platformer gameplay. It can be challenging at times, but that just adds to the fun. It can get quite tedious to play through the game 4 times to get all the achievements, so I recommend you get some friends to join the fun. All in all, it's well worth the money.
