South Park: The Stick of Truth

South Park: The Stick of Truth Achievements

Full Arsenal

15
Collect all the weapons and costumes available in the game.

*Missable*

You must acquire all 103 pieces of equipment/costumes. This can be viewed by pressing , then scroll over to the Collectibles tab, then scroll over to Equipment. Here you can see your status. The costume sets/equipment are acquired from a combination of looting them from drawers, bags, etc., looting them from knocked out bodies, getting them as quest rewards, and buying them from vendors. Note that, for example, the Witch Hat, Witch Robes and Witch Gloves do not count as 3 toward the 103 counter; you must collect all three pieces of a single costume to count as 1 toward the 103 counter, so don't be surprised if you collect a hat, robes or gloves and don't see your counter go up by 1.

Here is a list of all of the costume pieces and equipment you must acquire: http://www.videogamesblogger.com/2014/03/07/south-park-the-stick-of-truth-weapons-and-costumes-locations-guide.htm
(Full credit to the guys listed at the bottom of that guide for assembling this perfect list)

The equipment you can/must buy from vendors is NOT missable (you can return to every vendor post-game to buy everything they're selling), however some of the looted equipment is. Be sure to follow the Missable Guide (linked) to make sure you at least pick up all the missable equipment during your playthrough.

NOTE that you need not possess every piece of equipment simultaneously! In other words, you CAN sell old stuff to make money to buy new stuff. As long as you've possessed the equipment at some point, it will tick off on your equipment list.

If you still need money to afford everything after selling all of your useless stuff, refer to This Post for some money farming methods.

@SpURsNASTY

You missed the Knight Outfit Gloves, you'll have to do another playthrough to get them. Youtube a guide for the Chinpokomon, only 7 or 8 of those things can be missed.

If you remember where to get the witch outfit middle piece, please tell me.

Thankfully we do not have the "More Popular Than John Lennon" achievement that those on the PS3 have. Otherwise, this would require a second play through.

While in Canada, during the story portion in Canada that takes you to see the Bishop of Banff, you must "Finish off the Bishop" or you miss out on getting the Dire Scepter weapon. Thus, missing out on this achievement. If you choose to spare him however, you will get his friend request.

Need to clarify whether it means all Weapons And Equipment, and whether that includes Weapon Strap-on and Patches.

If I start a new game does that mean I start from scratch with all collectables (chinpokomon, outfits, etc.)?

Yes if you start a new game you have to start all over. Nothing carried over from my first play through. Also on the matter of the Dire Scepter, it is sold in the shop in Banff if you spared the bishop

The Mongolian kids in the Tower of Peace didn't have the bow on them? Have I screwed this up or can I get it from elsewhere?

I got this achievement relatively easily. There's only a few things you need to know about this achievement:

1) Weapon strap-ons and Equipment patches are not required for this achievement (but it really helps to collect as many of them without buying them as possible)

2) You don't need to kill the Bishop to get his weapon. After you defeat him, spare him, and his weapon can be found in the same town's shop, Banff. Killing him yields only self-satisfaction, but ruins your chance for the More Popular than John Lennon achievement, if you're going for that one as well.

3) There are quite a few Weaps/Equip that can be missed, so this list will definitely come in handy:

4) You can get the For the Hoarder achievement and this one as well in one playthrough. Collect all the junk, flair, strap-ons, equip patches, weapons, equipment, and consumables you come across (once again, Strap-ons/patches aren't necessary, so you don't need to buy any in shops only unless you really want them).

If you want the Hoarder achievement, don't sell anything the entire game. After you beat the final boss, credits roll, and you're able to continue playing. Then, sell EVERYTHING! As long as you had the Weap/Equip in your inventory, it counts. You can literally buy a weap/equip at a shop, then sell it right back to them, and it still counts.

If you're no

If you're not going for the Hoarder, then feel free to sell at your leisure.

I'm sure this post will help a lot of people.

@ 16, yes you can sell and still get the chievo. I'm not sure you'd be able to afford it if you didn't.

Yes you can sell the items and still get credit for them

You get the Bishop's item from one of the shops in Canada

Check your progress in game with the collectables tracker

Here's a good video walkthrough I found for both the weapons and clothes

Video-guide of South Park: Stick of the Truth to get the achievement Full Arsenal. In this video I'll only show you the missable ones, so the rest appear on the map and some of them can be bought. If you have any question about it just ask and I'll be glad to answer.

Is there a full written walkthrough of the game that tells where to get friends, weapons, clothes/armour, and chinpokomon in chronological order? I just beat this game and had a lot of fun, but I had found out I missed one chinpokomon, so I decided I should stop going for all the collection achievements. I want to go back and beat the game again, but I really don't feel like walking past one item and missing it, then having that whole game be useless since I can't get the achievement.

I gotta say, I only have this achievement left and realized at the end of my 2nd playthrough I don't have the broken bottle from the hobos and that is the only weapon/armor I'm missing. Sigh...why do they do this?
