This is one of the games trickier achievements at first glance, asking you to max out your hit meter twenty five separate times. Your hit meter is the circular icon in the top left of your UI. Whenever you hit enemies, points are added, and when you get hit by enemies points are deducted. If you do not keep a combo up then the meter will drain completely. This is possible via natural progression by a skilled player, especially one utilising the cold plasma well. The key to filling your hit meter is moving fast and dodging incoming fire whilst maintaining up a steady stream of hits.
For an easy method there is a section you can abuse in the final part of the game, past the point of no return. On the first bridge in the right hand side tower, you can hang below the ledge and repeatedly hit the teleporting guards. This does no damage and doesn't kill them, yet it also grants you hit points. Please see the below video I made to show you how.
You can actually do this at the beginning of the game. After you get your slide attack, you'll slide through a gate and their will be an enemy with his back turned to you. kill him, slide back through the gate, then slide through the gate again and that enemy will have re-spawned, kill him again and rinse and repeat.
