Let's Get It Started5
Complete the Fitness Test. 

When you first load the game, you will be asked to take a fitness test. This will determine what level (Beginner, Intermediate or Expert) your workouts will be set to.

The fitness test consists of entering your age, weight, height, sex and also performing push-ups, sit-ups and jumping jacks in a timed routine. The more you do in the allotted time – the higher the level that is recommended to you. This level can be lowered or raised both here and later on in the game depending on how you think you’re doing and at any time you can also re-take the test.

By the time you earn this achievement, you will (probably) have A) earned the achievements for working out 3 & 7 times in a week, 30 days running and finally the 100 days running and B) be lean, mean and ready to take on the UFC’s finest.. Ok maybe not but you’ll certainly have noticed a difference!

Generally these with these achievements, the description is a good enough explanation but just to clarify, every day for 100 days you have to complete either a Dellagrotte, Mendez or a Jackson exercise routine.
Within each category there are different routines depending on which area of the body or which type of workout you wish to undertake (strength, weight cut or cardio).

Some people have mentioned this achievement being glitched/not popping either due to them failing an exercise or doing their own custom-made workouts at some point during the 100 days so my recommendation to you is to make sure you pass all the exercises on a readymade workout and fingers crossed after the 100 days you’ll have earned yourself 85g.

Fitness Guru10
Successfully complete all Standard exercises. (1) 

For this achievement, you have to complete all 35 standard exercises. From the main menu, go to the workout menu. You will be presented with the option to pick your trainer and for this achievement, it is irrelevant which trainer you pick. Now pick custom workout and begin adding your exercises (up to 10 +warm up & cool down). You will notice that the first 12 exercises have the trainers face in the bottom right corner of their box, these are the trainer specific exercises that you can read more about below. Once all 35 have been completed, the achievement should pop. You can use my tick list to tick off the exercises as you do them so you don’t miss any.

Sityodtong Disciple10
Successfully complete all 12 Mark DellaGrotte-specific exercises. 

For this achievement, you have to complete the 12 exercises that are specific to a Mark DellaGrotte routine. From the main menu, go to the workout menu. You will be presented with the option to pick your trainer and for this achievement, make sure to pick a Mark DellaGrotte. You will notice that the first 12 exercises have the trainers face in the bottom right corner of their box, these are the ones you need to select. Once you have done them, the achievement should pop. You can use my tick list to tick off the exercises as you do them so you don’t miss any.

"Thunder" Kickboxer10
Successfully complete all 12 Javier Mendez-specific exercises. 

For this achievement, you have to complete the 12 exercises that are specific to a Javier Mendez routine. From the main menu, go to the workout menu. You will be presented with the option to pick your trainer and for this achievement, make sure to pick Javier Mendez. You will notice that the first 12 exercises have the trainers face in the bottom right corner of their box, these are the ones you need to select. Once you have done them, the achievement should pop. You can use my tick list to tick off the exercises as you do them so you don’t miss any.

Submission Fighter10
Successfully complete all 12 Greg Jackson-specific exercises. 

For this achievement, you have to complete the 12 exercises that are specific to a Greg Jackson routine. From the main menu, go to the workout menu. You will be presented with the option to pick your trainer and for this achievement, make sure to pick Greg Jackson. You will notice that the first 12 exercises have the trainers face in the bottom right corner of their box, these are the ones you need to select. Once you have done them, the achievement should pop. You can use my tick list to tick off the exercises as you do them so you don’t miss any.

Head of the Class50
Get a score of A or higher in all Standard exercises. 

At the start of each exercise, the trainer will set you a target for the amount of reps they require you to do (15 push ups, 30 bicep curls etc) Hitting this target in the allotted time by completing the actions shown on screen will get you an A rating. Once you’ve hit the target, the trainer will encourage you to push on and do a further 30% of the required total. Completing these will get you an A+ rating.

Note: a completed rep will only count if you complete all gestures shown on screen. The wheel on the right hand side of the screen will totally fill with green and one will be added to your total. If you’re having trouble, make sure to watch the character on screen and copy their actions. 

Century Mark20
Successfully complete 100 exercises or activities.

Successfully complete 300 exercises or activities.

As Real As It Gets50
Successfully complete 500 exercises or activities. 

This achievement in itself is relatively straightforward and you will earn it through the course of playing the game naturally. An exercise is one of the routines either completed during a trainers pre-set workout or one added in your own custom workout.

To track your progress on this achievement, you can go to the player tracker in the main menu, go to rewards and then to accomplishments. On the first page, the ‘dedication’ accomplishment requires 500 exercises to be completed.

Opening Bell10
Successfully complete 1 exercise at all three fitness levels. 

In the player tracker menu you will find the personal tab and from this, the fitness test. Here you will be present with your fitness level (beginner, intermediate and expert). This is the recommended level to you depending on how you did in the fitness test however you can at any point change the level.

To earn this achievement you must complete 1 exercise at all three fitness levels.

Rare Intensity20
Complete all exercises at all three fitness levels. (3) 

In the player tracker menu you will find the personal tab and from this, the fitness test. Here you will be present with your fitness level (beginner, intermediate and expert). This is the recommended level to you depending on how you did in the fitness test however you can at any point change the level.

To earn this achievement you must complete all 71 exercise at all three fitness levels.

Film Study10
Unlock all Videos. 

The videos in the game are unlocked my completing a preset activity/exercise and can be found by going into activities and then to the second menu screen. Here there are 39 videos in total. As with most of the achievements in this game, you will earn this achievement through natural progression through the game as you complete each exercise. Note: You do not have to view each video, simply unlock it.

When you unlock a video, you will be notified at the top of the screen.

Streaky20
Perform 100 gesture streaks in the game.

Perform 1000 gesture streaks in the game. 

This achievement in itself is relatively straightforward and you will earn it through the course of playing the game naturally. During the exercises, green arrows will appear on screen directing you what to do i.e. jab with the left fist, kick with the right foot. These are known as gestures. For this achievement, you simply have to perform 1000 gestures.

Complete 1 Hit the Mitts routine without missing any strikes.

Hit the Mitts Machine50
Complete all Hit the Mitts routines without missing any strikes. (1) 

A hit the mitts routine can be found by going to activities and then to hit the mitts. This activity requires you to follow the trainer’s actions on screen and hit the mitt with the corresponding fist/foot with the right manoeuvre at the right time. In total there are 15 routines which get progressively harder. You can choose a number of different fighters to train with, none of which affect the achievement in itself, however as the game is prone to be a bit glitchy at times, I would recommend doing all 15 routines with the same fighter.

Versatile Combatant20
Complete a Pre-made Workout with each trainer. 

For this achievement, you have to complete a pre-made workout with Mark DellaGrotte, Javier Mendez and Greg Jackson. From the main menu, go to the workout menu. You will be presented with the option to pick your trainer. Complete one with each and the achievement will pop.

When you complete an exercise with a B rating or above you’ll earn yourself a medal. If you are set to the expert level from your fitness test then you’ll earn yourself a gold medal. If you complete 71 exercises with a good rating and gold medals, the achievement will pop. If you want to check your progress to see which ones you’ve done/ left to do, go to the workout journal menu and pick rewards. In the mastery levels tab you will find all your information for each exercise.

Up the Challenge10
Successfully complete any Xbox LIVE Challenge.

Won't Back Down20
Successfully complete 10 Xbox LIVE Challenges. (1) 

This will require assistance from a friend on Xbox Live. You’ll need them to send you a challenge through the game and you simply have to beat it.

To set a challenge for someone, go to Multiplayer games and pick option 4 – Xbox LIVE Challenge. Then pick new challenge and pick the event. Set a score in whichever event you pick and then send it to your friend. This will give you some idea of what they need to do for you so you can both earn the achievement.

Heating Up15
Successfully complete 5 Hot Seat Multiplayer Challenges. 

This achievement requires you to win 5 of the hot seat challenges, which in essence is supposed to be a turn based challenge. However you can simply pose as both player 1 and player 2 as they don’t need to both be on screen at the same time and earn this achievement.

Unstoppable20
Work out in the game for 15 hours.

Fully Pledged20
Complete all three 60-day programs. (2) 

The exercise programs are designed to help you reach a preset goal by varying the activities you do, how many times you do them and for how long. There are three types of exercise programs; build strength, cut weight and build endurance. There are also two lengths of programs; 30 days and 60 days, they do not however require you to work out every day for 30/60 days straight (although if you wish you can still load up the game and drop in some exercises along the way if you were working towards the 3/7/30/100 day achievements). The game schedules you in rest days and workout days which you must adhere to and also complete each exercise on each day to earn this achievement without failing!

If during one of the exercises you think that you aren’t going to be able to finish it/fail it, simply hit pause and restart it. The x360a forums are littered with users who have finished a program only to find the achievement not popping.
These achievements are not easy but then again neither is getting in shape!

Epic Milestone30
Work out in the game for 30 hours. 

As the achievement description indicates, this achievement requires you to work out for 30 hours in the game. As with many of the achievements in this game, this will be earned naturally as you progress through the game.

To check your progress on this achievement, you can go to your workout journal from the main menu. Here there is a timer that will tick over during your workouts and pop at the appropriate hour marks.

Full Plate20
Create and successfully complete a custom workout with the maximum number of exercise slots filled. (2) 

After you’ve selected your trainer from the menu screen you will be presented with 3 options. One of these is to create a custom workout. On here you can set yourself up to 10 different exercises plus a warm up and a cool down.

To earn yourself this achievement you have to build yourself a workout filling all 10 exercise slots and adding a warm up and a cool down at the beginning and end and complete it.

Some users have finished all 10 exercises only to have the achievement not pop on them (sadly seems to be a re-occurring theme with this game). All I can suggest is make sure you include the warm up and cool downs, use 10 different activities and make sure to A+ all of them and fingers crossed after you’ve cooled down, it should pop.

Complete all three 30-day programs. (4)

Medal of the Road20
Earn 40 medals in the game.

Silver Star25
Earn a Silver Medal in every exercise. 

When you complete an exercise with a B rating or above you’ll earn yourself a medal. If you are set to the intermediate level from your fitness test then you’ll earn yourself a silver medal. If you complete all 71 exercises with a top rating and silver medals, the achievement will pop. If you want to check your progress to see which ones you’ve done/ left to do, go to the workout journal menu and pick rewards. In the mastery levels tab you will find all your information for each exercise.

Work out in the game for an hour.

Heavy Medal30
Earn 60 medals in the game. 

When you complete an exercise with a B rating or above you’ll earn yourself a medal. Depending on which level you are set to will determine the colour of the medal you receive. If you complete all 60 exercises with a top rating and receive a medal the achievement will pop. If you want to check your progress to see which ones you’ve done/ left to do, go to the workout journal menu and pick rewards. In the mastery levels tab you will find all your information for each exercise.

Bronze Bomber15
Earn a Bronze Medal in every exercise. 

When you complete an exercise with a B rating or above you’ll earn yourself a medal. If you are set to the beginner’s level from your fitness test then you’ll earn yourself a bronze medal. If you complete all 71 exercises with a top rating and bronze medals, the achievement will pop. If you want to check your progress to see which ones you’ve done/ left to do, go to the workout journal menu and pick rewards. In the mastery levels tab you will find all your information for each exercise.

Quite Accomplished30
Successfully complete all the Accomplishments. 

In-game accomplishments consist of doing certain things so many times, for example Complete 100 upper body exercises or burn off a total of 5000 calories. In total there are 40 accomplishments all of which can be seen and tracked by going to Player tracker and then by selecting them.

Speed Bag Pro5
Get 3 wins in the Side by Side Multiplayer Speed Bag activity. 

This achievement requires you to win the speed bag activity in the multiplayer section of the game 3 times. It also requires a friend to play with you (or a mannequin…)

To take part in this activity, from the main menu, pick multiplayer games. Then go to Side by side and then to speed bag. Set your difficulty (1,3 or 5 minutes) and away you go. Once you’ve won 3 times, the achievement will pop. 

Flipped Out5
Get 3 wins in the Side by Side Multiplayer Tire Flip activity. (2) 

To take part in this activity, from the main menu, pick multiplayer games. Then go to Side by side and then to tire flip. Set your difficulty (1, 3 or 5 minutes) and away you go. Once you’ve won 3 times, the achievement will pop.

Complete all of Urijah Fabers workouts. (11) 

From the main menu, select "Workouts" and then select Mark as your trainer, select "Pre-Made Workouts" and scroll to the Urijah Faber pre-made workouts. You just need to pass all 5 Urijah Faber pre-made workout's, difficulty doesn't matter.
