Introduction:
Welcome to Watch_Dogs, a game set in sprawling city of Chicago. You play as Aiden Pearce, a brilliant hacker and former thug, whose criminal past led to a violent family tragedy. While seeking justice for those events, you'll monitor and hack those around you by manipulating the Central Operating System (ctOS) that runs every part of Chicago.

This game has 38 achievements for a total of 1000. As the game and the whole city map is open to you from the start, most of the achievement can be obtained quite early on and with ease. You will need to advance through the main story though to unlock new features and Skills.

The game acts very similar to GTAV with it's open world, action and general gameplay, with the added touch of Assassins Creed for the small bit of free-running you can do, as well as some added stealth aspects - Splinter Cell? Take all these into consideration and with a pinch of salt when you play and you should have no issues. The game also has two play styles - Guns Blazing or Stealth. You can decide to hack open a gate and simply gun everyone down to get to your objectives, or if you're more of the silent type you can use hacks, gadgets and takedowns to do the job without being spotted.

Playthrough:
There's a total of five acts. Within each act you'll have a set amount of missions to play before the act is finally completed and you can move onto the next one. Each act is different, and as you progress through the story they'll get a little longer. All five acts shouldn't take you more than 13-16 hours to complete depending on how you play. Once done, you're free to complete all the extra stuff the game has to offer. Take note that the side missions are not part of the main acts. They can be done at any point but will not progress your main story.

Misc / Activities / Collectables:
The bulk of the achievements are misc related. As the map is pretty much open to you from the start. You can attempt and go for most of these as soon as you'd like. It's best to start with the ctOS Central Centers / Towers as these will reveal the map and new activities to take part in as well as the misc "collectables" mentioned below.

As well as the list below, most of the misc based achievements revolve around doing certain things. These range from unlocking all Skills, getting kills with certain gadgets or escaping the police. All are pretty straight forward, and shouldn't cause you any problems in the long run.

The game also lists a few things as "collectables" in its in-game menu but technically they vary over many titles. All of these are shown on your map - as long as you hack all the ctOS Central Centers / Towers - with their own individual icon, so there's no way you can miss any of them. The list below is what falls under this category:

  • Burner Cards
  • Hotspots
  • ctOS Breaches
  • City Games
  • SongSneak [No Icon]
  • Gang Hideouts
  • Criminal Convoys
  • Investigations
  • Human Traffic
  • Weapons Trades
  • QR Codes
  • Missing Persons

The game also has an in-built tracker for all of the collectables and other misc/activity based achievements. There's also the percentage bars in your Achievements App that'll also help but note that not all of the achievements in that App seem to have them for some reason.

Multiplayer:
The first thing you'll need to note is that the multiplayer/online side of things will not be opened to you until you've roughly played an hour of the game. This will mainly consist of the first main mission and then the profiling a criminal tutorial. After these, you can open up your Smartphone, and select the 'Online Contracts' app. Sadly, you have to play through to the 'Backseat Driver' mission of act one to unlock the Tailing/Hacking game modes - please be aware that if you have the Online Invasions settings set to 'Off', you cannot play these two modes.

There are only five achievements related to the multiplayer side of the game. Four will require you to play three different game modes - Tailing/Hacking/Race. The 5th, is linked to people invading your game world and tailing/hacking you.

None of these online achievements are too tasking and they shouldn't take you too long to unlock as long as you know how to play the game and use some clever tactics.

(Full G&RM Here)

Abbreviated Walkthrough for Bad Blood DLC:
Welcome to Watch Dogs DLC, Bad Blood. Most of the achievements are fairly straight forward, but it will take some time. Three achievements are story related, five are linked to eigthty-nine contrat missions, one is for completing 12 sides investigations and the last one requires some skill and luck to kill four enemies at once with the RC car.
Overall these achiements are easy to complete

Conclusion to Watch Dogs:
Overall the game is not hard at all and quite fun to 100%. All of the achievements are straight forward and cannot be missed. Difficulty does not play a part as well, so the full 1000 should be easy enough to achieve.

There are 48 achievements with a total of 1250 points

  • Take down Maurice

This is story related and cannot be missed.

  • Complete 40 Fixer Contracts

There's a total of 40 Fixer Contracts to complete. All should be revealed to you as you drive around the city, complete the story, plus as you takedown ctOS Towers and are shown on the map by a blue steering wheel icon.

    A Fixer Contract comes in a few forms;

    • Getaway
    • Interception
    • Transporter
    • Decoy

All you need to do is simply drive around and play the game and the ctOS will notify you when one is near or a new on pops up. Now go to it's location, complete it and repeat 39 more times.

You do not need to complete all 40 unique Fixer Contracts and there's actually a quick way to boost this. You'll need 2 things; Interception Fixer Contract - The Hunter and The Destroyer Sniper (obtained by completing 10 Gang Hideouts). Once you've got these, you're good to go.

Now open up your Smartphone, select the 'Fixer Contract' App and find 'The Hunter' Contract under the Interception menu and then head to its location and load it up. Jump in the car right next to you and head straight on into the small woods. Go past the first fork in the dirt path, but stop at the in between the cones at the fork 2nd just past it. Now pull out your sniper and walk forwards slowly while zooming in.

As your view though the scope breaches the hill in front of you, you'll see the targets car which should already be marked out to you. Once you see the car parked in the alley, take a shot at it to disable it, then reload. Now walk forwards a little more to trigger the chase event and the car will blow up and the target will get out and will always run down the alley behind him. Here you have 2 shots to quickly take him out, but if you miss jump in your car and run him over with ease.

If you do it right and the car doesn't drive away and you get the shot, you can repeat this Fixer Contract in about 30 seconds and everyone counts towards your total. You can view how many you have left if bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Complete every Gang Hideout

There's a total of 15 Gang Hideouts to complete. All should be revealed to you as you drive around the city, complete the story, plus as you takedown ctOS Towers and are shown on the map by a blue fist icon.

Once a Gang Hideout shows up on your map, head to it's location to find a small area swarming with enemies. All you're tasked with is find out which one is you target and either taking them down or killing them. There's no rules on how you can go about this, so going in guns blazing is possible, as is taking the stealth/hacking route. Simply find and deal with your target then leave the area and repeat 14 more times.

You can view how many you have left if bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Complete every Privacy Invasion

There's a total of 30 Privacy Invasions to complete. All should be revealed to you as you drive around the city, complete the story, plus as you takedown ctOS Towers and are shown on the map by a white eye icon.

A Privacy Invasion tasks you with hacking into a building security and linking yourself to someones in-house camera. To get access to these, you'll first need to breach and hack the security router on the outside of the building. Simply find this, and with your Smartphone out, follow the glowing wire to the security box that will unlock it and make it possible for you to hack.

Once you've got access to spy on someone, simply hack the router and you'll be linked to a random NPCs room. From here you can either listen to the conversations or watch a scene play as well as search the room for goodies. Now repeat this 29 more times for the achievement.

You can view how many you have left if bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Use the Crime Detection System to take down 20 confirmed criminals

There's a total of 20 Criminals to takedown or kill. They'll show up while you're driving through the city or by hacking potential targets. They're are shown on the map by a blue triangle icon inside a blue circle.

You'll learn about profiling people by using your Smartphone very early on in the game. While you're doing so, you need to look out for and hack people that have the words 'Potential Crime' listed next to them. Once the hack is completed, the blue triangle icon inside a blue circle will appear. Head to this location, and somewhere within the circle a crime is about to take place.

Once you arrive within the area, bring out your Smartphone again and keep profiling people help you identify the potential criminal or victim but make sure you do not get caught in the process. Once you've profiled the criminal (not the victim), the ctOS on your Smartphone will give you the signal to intervene and take them down. You can choose to do this in a lethal manner or by simply knocking them out which will grant you a better reward. Now repeat 19 more times to unlock the achievement.

You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Perform 10 vehicle take downs

To perform a vehicle takedown, you'll need to hack the world around you to bring it to a complete stop. You'll normally get a visual like the camera panning around and showing you the crash in slow motion when you've done it right.

The vehicles this normally work on are the police or Fixers while you're being chased. As you drive around trying to lose them, hack a junctions traffic lights, close a door or bring up some barriers.

A sure way to get an instant takedown is to look out for the 'Neutralize' within a blue square popping up on your screen. Holding as soon as you seen this will cause the car in front or behind you to instantly crash and this will count as a takedown.

  • Using non-lethal takedown, stop 10 civilians from calling to report you

To make a civilian NPC call in a report to the police you'll need to cause a bit of trouble which mainly consists of bringing your gun out in public and aiming/shooting at someone. During this, your wanted level bar will increase and at some point someone will call the police.

When a report is being called in, and red triangular icon will pop up on your screen. Locate the icon and it'll be over the civilian making the report. You'll now need to quickly run up to them before the red bar incases the icon and while unarmed, press . Doing so, Aiden will grab the phone and stop the call going through.

Repeat this method 9 more times to unlock the achievement.

  • Tag 100 enemies

Tagging an enemy simply means you're marking them to constantly reveal their location and movements. This is shown by a red icon on the enemies body and there's two ways to tag.

The first is by bringing out your Smartphone by pressing . Doing so when you're in a near proximity of an enemy NPC, will tag them. This is the quick method if you do not have time to hack using the below method or if there is simply no security cameras too hack. The problem is, you have to personal get within range so that your Smartphone can lock-on to the enemy for it to work.

The second and best way is to hack the multiple security cameras around the area you wish to enter. In most cases, the area the enemy AI is situated is surrounded by multiple security cameras, in multiple directions. As they're high up, they'll cover more area space and you do not have to be close by for the tag to lock-on like the method above

You should have no problems getting this as you play through the game but there is a quick method if you want to get it out of the way. Locate and head to one of the ctOS Central Centers/Towers or Gang Hideouts. In these areas alone there can be up to 10 enemy guards patrolling the area and there's always multiple security cameras you can hack. Simply hack each one, tagging as many guards as you can, then enter the restricted area. Now get spotted and die. You should respawn back near the area, with all guards now untagged. Rinse and repeat until you get 100.

  • Participate in 5 different City Games

There are a fair few games the city has to offer for you to take part in, but only 5 actually fall under the title of "City Games". Though these games pop up in multiple locations around the city, the difficulty in some vary. As an example, you can play low/medium/high stakes Poker and each Chess location has a different type of way to play. For this achievement, choose the following below to get it with ease.

    • Shell Cups - Any of 9 locations
    • Slot Machine - Any of the 3 locations
    • Drinking - Any of the 3 locations
    • Chess [Survival] - The Loop - In between Quincy & Washington/Wells L-Train Stations
    • Poker [Low Stakes] - The Ward - East of Corland L-Train Station

Now simply play one round/game/level, either winning or losing and once you've accepted to take part in the 5th one the achievement will unlock. You can view how many you have left if bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Kill 4 enemies within a single instance of Focus

You'll first need to unlock the Focus Skill. It can be found in the Combat section and can be brought for 1 Skill Point. If you have 5 spare Skill Points for the 'Improved Focus' and 'Slowed Focus' upgrades, then it maybe worth purchasing these, but it is possible without them, though it will be a lot harder if not near impossible. Once you've acquired this Skill, you can now slowdown time with your Focus by pressing in .

Once you've purchased the Focus Skill, you'll now notice a wavy white bar with 6 squares in the bottom left corner of your screen. This is your Focus meter, and when being used the square blocks will disappear until all are gone. Once all 6 have vanished, then your Focus has run out and you'll be placed back into normal speed.

This can be attempted on either gang members or the police, but doing it either in one of the many Gang Hideouts or ctOS Centers will be the easiest option. When you choose your location, simply scout the area and tag as many enemies as you can. You'll now need to bunch 4+ of them up and this can simply be done by a well placed luring gadget or by hacking something that'll explode. In most cases, more than enough enemies will gather to it's locations.

If there's now enough enemies within a short space of each other, pull out your gun and press to trigger your Focus. Aim for the head, as even with the 2 extra upgrades your Focus doesn't last that long. Once 4 enemies have been killed within your Focus timeframe, the achievement will unlock. If you don't manage it, simply play a bit of the game or run around the city doing this and let your Focus replenish until you can attempt it again.

  • Escape a level 5 police chase

To get the attention of the police, you'll first need to cause some trouble. So start off by pulling your gun out on some civilians and shooting them. At some point during this, a random civilian will call the police to your location. Once that call has been made, the police will then set up a scan area to find you which will be shown on your mini-map by yellow circles. Simply stay in this circle until the percentage timer next to the police level bars in the corner reaches 100%. At this point the bars will change from yellow to red and you'll now be a wanted man. After the police are on you and if you're at level 5 wanted level, simply cause more chaos and death until you are.

Everything now is down to how well you can escape and use your hacks to get away from the police. You'll have cars, trucks and helicopters after you, so you'll have to be fast. Using hacks like blockades, gates/doors, bridges and traffic lights will help slow the cars down. If you've upgraded your Skills, you can even hack the helicopters to bring them down.

If you're having trouble doing it this way, I suggest you use the tactics given by PowerPyx but shown by Maka's video below. Once you've managed to escape the view of the police, either keep driving or hide in a garage until your wanted level returns to normal. Once the search is off, the achievement will unlock.

  • Escape 15 police scans

Please refer to "Scanproof" for more details.

  • Escape a level 5 police scan

There are 3 stages that must be taken before you get the police on you and a total of 5 wanted levels. For this achievement you'll be utilising the first 2 and making sure the police do not find you. There are also 2 things you'll need for this achievement and that's a decent weapon - highly recommend an assault rifle - and about 3/4 EMP gadgets.

The first part is causing trouble. You'll notice on your wanted level bar that it'll be white and this is where you need to keep it all the way up until the 5th square is highlighted. Use your assault rifle and kill as many civilian NPCs as possible as fast as possible. The longer you take, the harder the next bit below will be. While doing this, you'll notice that some red triangle icons will pop up on your screen and a red bar will be filling up around them. This is a civilian NPC calling the police and you cannot let them do this. If the bar reaches all the way around before you reach the 5th wanted level, the call will go through and the 2nd phase will take place - which you don't want. So when you see one, located the NPC and kill them quick. If you take a long time killing people, these calls will happen more frequently and will be harder to take care of, so the faster you go, the faster the bar will increase meaning you do not have to worry about multiple calls happening all at once.

Once the 5th square of the wanted level has been reached, find a vehicle (a fast one) and wait for one of the civilian NPCs to make a call. Do not kill them and let it go through and the second phase will start. Once the police have been alerted, you wanted level bar will turn to yellow and some yellow circles will pop up on your mini-map. You're now being scanned by the police and they're searching for your location. You'll also notice that next to the wanted level bar, will be a percent meter going up from 0% - 100%. The longer you stay within any one of those circles, the percentage will increase, and as you're at the highest wanted level it'll be faster than if you were on the 1st. The percentage will only stop if you get outside of the circle.

Once the scan starts, just drive trying to dodge the circles that pop up around the maps. If the the percent meter is getting a little too high for your liking, then use one of your EMP gadgets. This will cause a downtime in the scan, meaning you can drive to another location and out of the way of them. Once you've made it a good distance away from the scan and out of their range, they'll stop looking for you and the achievement will unlock. If by chance the meter does reach 100%, then you'll go into full blown wanted mode, the wanted bar will turn red and you'll have to either escape for the 'Free Radical' achievement, or die and start again.

  • Shoot out a tire on 15 different vehicles

This can be done right after the first mission. You should be equip with a gun, so find any vehicle be it moving or parked and shoot a tyre out. Repeat 14 more times to unlock the achievement.

  • Kill 3 enemies with a single IED

For this achievement you'll first need to obtain the IED (Proximity or Self Detonated). You can either craft one once you unlock the necessary Skills and have played through a few story missions to do so, or if you have the cash you can buy some from Tobias's Shop for $300 a go.

Now that you have some IEDs, this is best attempted on the police as they bunch more than standard roaming gangs. Cause a bit of mayhem to get their attention and wait for them to arrive. You'll need at least 2 police cars as each holds 2 cops.

Making sure you position yourself correctly, the police cars should pull up right next to each other or one in front of the other. Either before or just after the 2nd car pulls up, throw your IED in between them and blow it up it by holding to hack it. The cops in the fist car should of got out but would still be in close proximity to the blast, while the 2nd lot should still be inside their car which is what you want. Otherwise they'll get out and too much time would of been wasted, meaning they'll all be too far spread out and too far away from the blast.

  • Complete the final mission in the Weapons Trade Investigation

There are a total of 10 Weapon Trade Investigations to complete. Nine of these will revolve around you finding your way into a locked area/room where the crate lies, and the 10th with be the final mission. All should be revealed to you as you drive around the city, complete the story, plus as you takedown ctOS Towers and are shown on the map by a white crosshair icon.

You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Collect all 8 Burner Phones

There are a total of 8 Burner Phones to find. All 8 Burner Phones are simply audio files from Maurice and are in plain sight. There are not locked gates or doors you have to open. All should be revealed to you as you drive around the city, complete the story, plus as you takedown ctOS Towers and are shown on the map by a white trident/W icon.

You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Complete the final mission in the QR Code Investigation

There are a total of 17 QR Codes you must find around Chicago. Sixteen of these will be the ones you must locate, align and scan. Once they're all done, the last QR Code will launch as an Investigation mission and upon completion the achievement will unlock. All should be revealed to you as you drive around the city, complete the story, plus as you takedown ctOS Towers and are shown on the map by a white QR Code icon.

Unlike the other collectables, the QR Codes are are broken up into sections and you must connect all pieces so that they align up and complete the Code making it a a full square. This will mean you'll first need to find the Code (likely to be on a building), then the other sections and finally a camera to hack to help you align them all up. Below is a video of all the QR Cod locations, and where all the missing sections are.

You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Check in at every Hotspot

There are a total of 100 Hotspots across the city. All are very straight forward to find and will either be located on the wall of a building or on the ground. Simply look out for a square plaque with a tick on it. Once you've found one, head up to it and press or if you're within a small radius, press . All should be revealed to you pretty much as you do the first lot of missions by way of a white tick icon.

I will note that there are a couple of things to remember and use if you're stuck. The Hotspot locations do not show up on the map unless you're zoomed in at a particular level. If by chance you're still stuck and cannot find a Hotspot, fast travel to one of your Hideouts. Now bring up your Smartphone and select the Hotspot App. This will now bring up the locations of all the Hotspots in the area and they're also marked off with a tick if you've already located them. Simply do this until you find one without a tick, set a waypoint and drive to its location.

You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Complete level 10 against all 3 Drinking Game opponents

    Tips:

    • After every level, you'll be forced to quit and the words "Come back later" will appear above your opponents name. Instead of leaving and coming back at another time, simply stay there next to the table and wait for 30 seconds. This is how long it takes for both of you to sober up and the prompt to start the next level will appear.
    • Unless your brain can work backwards, you will most likely need 2 people for level 10 of the The Loop drinking game.
    • It's best to attempt the drinking games in The Loop and The Wards before you head up to the one in Pawnee as this one is a combination of both, so it's best to have some practice beforehand.

This could be the trickiest achievement in the game and one of the longest. There are 3 drinking locations - Pawnee, The Loop and The Ward - and all are shown by a blue bottle icon. All 3 have 10 levels you must participate in and each level has around 5/6 rounds. Each level gets a little harder than the last as does each individual round. Your challenge is to reach and complete level 10 of all 3.

The main point of the games is to not pass out after taking a shot of alcohol. As the screen blackens, you'll be tasked with a little challenge to keep yourself from passing out and surviving will move you onto the next round. The difference is, each drinking game has a different type of mini-game/puzzle but are kind of similar. The one in[*] for example tasks you with placing an analog stick within a circle until the bar fills up and then you have to press the corresponding trigger to pass - right analog>right bumper / left analog>left bumper. Sounds easy but with the alcohol taking effect, you'll have to fight against the moving stick on-screen to force it into the circle for the period of time. The game later throws in moving circles, then a second analog stick.

With that in mind, head to each location and beat all 10 levels to unlock the achievement. You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Invade and successfully hack 10 enemy Fixers in Online Hacking

This multiplayer game mode will not unlock until you've completed the first half of the 'Backseat Driver' mission in Act 1. You'll also need the Online Invasions setting set to 'On', for you to be able to take part in this mode. From the main game, bring up your Smartphone and select the 'Online Contracts' App. From here, select 'Online Hacking' then finally select 'Request Hacking Target'.

The mode places you into another persons game, from where you'll technically be invading and are required to hack them. This is very similar to what you do in the single-player, but the only difference is that the person you're trying to hack will be looking for you. Once you've found your target, you can start the hack. From here, you'll have 1 minute before the hack starts to take place, so you'll have a chance to get away and hide.

Once the process begins, a blue circle will show up on your screen and this will be the an indication of the area you're supposed to stay in and the area the target will also be searching. Your task from here is to try your best not to bet caught and get your hack up to 100%. This task gets a little harder as for every 25% past on the hack, the containment circle gets a little smaller. You can hide on ground levels, all the way up onto the roofs if you can reach them, and gadgets are also permitted.

You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Invade and successfully observe 10 enemy Fixers in Online Tailing

This multiplayer game mode will not unlock until you've completed the first half of the 'Backseat Driver' mission in Act 1. You'll also need the Online Invasions setting set to 'On', for you to be able to take part in this mode. From the main game, bring up your Smartphone and select the 'Online Contracts' App. From here, select 'Online Tailing' then finally select 'Request Tailing Target'.

This mode requires you to simply not act like a hacker at all and more like one of the civilian NPCs. You'll be placed into another players game where you must simply observe them while while your percentage meter rises to 100%. The other player doesn't not know you're in his game, so don't give your position away.

The other player will only notice you if you act suspicious like pulling out your guns or driving crazy. Once they've spotted you, it'll come a lot harder to to complete your hack as they'll either start shooting at you and you'll die, or they'll drive away. So your best bet is to take it nice a slow and stay under the radar.

If by chance you do get spotted and the other player quits out, don't worry. This still counts as a win for you and will go towards your overall total of the achievement. You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Complete 10 Public Online Races

From the main game, bring up your Smartphone and select the 'Online Contracts' App. From here, select 'Online Race' then finally select 'Join Public Session'. Once you're in the race, simply play until all laps are completed, and then repeat 9 more times. You do not need to win the races to make this count but you do need to finish. If you do not cross the line and get a DNF, then it will not count towards the achievement.

You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Complete every ctOS Breach

There are a total of 16 ctOS Breaches to complete. All should be revealed to you as you drive around the city, complete the story, plus as you takedown ctOS Towers and are shown on the map by a white square and arrow icon. A ctOS consists of you hacking multiple devices with the first will be the main one located on your map. Once hacked, 4 more will show up in-game and you'll now be given a set amount of minutes to head to those markers and hack these 4 new devices.

Making sure you grab all the hacks before the time runs out will net you one completion. Do the same for the other 15 and the achievement will unlock. You can view how many you have left if bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Unlock every song with the SongSneak app

The SongSneak App can be located in the bottom right-hand corner of you Smartphone. A lot of people are confused on how to actually use the App or even where to use it. In one circumstance you don't open the app at all to get new songs, while in another you can.

In total, there are 23 new songs you need to add your already large music collection. All of these can simply be obtained by progressing through the story unlocking at Act 2 (mission 9), Act 3 (mission 5) and Act 4 (mission 4). Meaning the last 20 you must find via hacking. When you bring out your Smartphone, you'll notice that certain civilians can be hacked. When you've locked onto them, a small window of information will show up giving you a brief description of the person. You'll also notice that there's a little blue bar with some words in it. Some will say 'Account', which means when you hack them you'll gain money, while others will launch you into a text/call conversation which will be labelled as 'Item of Interest'.

You're simply looking out for the one's that say 'Music'. Hacking a persons phone when this text is shown will net you a new song and add another to your total. These are totally random, so simply keep hacking and you'll eventually get it. A good tactic is to find a busy area where a lot of civilians are walking about - say a park or within a city square. Now look around and find a camera you can hack that'll cover a good section of passing people.

The other way is to head to one of the many shops in the game and hack the music being played. While doing so, bring up your Smartphone and access the SongSneak App. Keep this running and searching while you skip through the music, and you'll likely get a new song added to your collection.

You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

  • Unlock every ctOS Tower

There are a total of 13 Towers to hack, and they will only unlock once you've destroyed and hacked the ctOS Central Centers within the area. All should be revealed to you as you takedown ctOS Towers and are shown on the map by a red WD Fox logo icon.

Each Tower has a central unit that you must reach and hack. All are locked behind a gate, which you must find and hack the unit to that to unlock. The best way to complete these little mini-games to head to a Towers location and simply search your surrounds via the ground and by hacked cameras. Use your Smartphone to locate wires along buildings to find the panels you need to hack, and the cameras to seek out any that aren't within reach or sight.

You can view how many you have left if you bring up your Smartphone, select the 'Statistics' App and then press to access the 'Progression' menu.

All you'll need to do is to make sure you're not in any type of mission be it a main one, an activity like a Gang Hideout or anything Online Contract related.
