Introduction:
Welcome to Watch_Dogs, a game set in sprawling city of Chicago. You play as Aiden Pearce, a brilliant hacker and former thug, whose criminal past led to a violent family tragedy. While seeking justice for those events, you'll monitor and hack those around you by manipulating the Central Operating System (ctOS) that runs every part of Chicago.
This game has 38 achievements for a total of 1000. As the game and the whole city map is open to you from the start, most of the achievement can be obtained quite early on and with ease. You will need to advance through the main story though to unlock new features and Skills.
The game acts very similar to GTAV with it's open world, action and general gameplay, with the added touch of Assassins Creed for the small bit of free-running you can do, as well as some added stealth aspects - Splinter Cell? Take all these into consideration and with a pinch of salt when you play and you should have no issues. The game also has two play styles - Guns Blazing or Stealth. You can decide to hack open a gate and simply gun everyone down to get to your objectives, or if you're more of the silent type you can use hacks, gadgets and takedowns to do the job without being spotted.
Playthrough:
There's a total of five acts. Within each act you'll have a set amount of missions to play before the act is finally completed and you can move onto the next one. Each act is different, and as you progress through the story they'll get a little longer. All five acts shouldn't take you more than 13-16 hours to complete depending on how you play. Once done, you're free to complete all the extra stuff the game has to offer. Take note that the side missions are not part of the main acts. They can be done at any point but will not progress your main story.
Misc / Activities / Collectables:
The bulk of the achievements are misc related. As the map is pretty much open to you from the start. You can attempt and go for most of these as soon as you'd like. It's best to start with the ctOS Central Centers / Towers as these will reveal the map and new activities to take part in as well as the misc "collectables" mentioned below.
As well as the list below, most of the misc based achievements revolve around doing certain things. These range from unlocking all Skills, getting kills with certain gadgets or escaping the police. All are pretty straight forward, and shouldn't cause you any problems in the long run.
The game also lists a few things as "collectables" in its in-game menu but technically they vary over many titles. All of these are shown on your map - as long as you hack all the ctOS Central Centers / Towers - with their own individual icon, so there's no way you can miss any of them. The list below is what falls under this category:
- Burner Cards
- Hotspots
- ctOS Breaches
- City Games
- SongSneak [No Icon]
- Gang Hideouts
- Criminal Convoys
- Investigations
- Human Traffic
- Weapons Trades
- QR Codes
- Missing Persons
The game also has an in-built tracker for all of the collectables and other misc/activity based achievements. There's also the percentage bars in your Achievements App that'll also help but note that not all of the achievements in that App seem to have them for some reason.
Multiplayer:
The first thing you'll need to note is that the multiplayer/online side of things will not be opened to you until you've roughly played an hour of the game. This will mainly consist of the first main mission and then the profiling a criminal tutorial. After these, you can open up your Smartphone, and select the 'Online Contracts' app. Sadly, you have to play through to the 'Backseat Driver' mission of act one to unlock the Tailing/Hacking game modes - please be aware that if you have the Online Invasions settings set to 'Off', you cannot play these two modes.
There are only five achievements related to the multiplayer side of the game. Four will require you to play three different game modes - Tailing/Hacking/Race. The 5th, is linked to people invading your game world and tailing/hacking you.
None of these online achievements are too tasking and they shouldn't take you too long to unlock as long as you know how to play the game and use some clever tactics.

Abbreviated Walkthrough for Bad Blood DLC:
Welcome to Watch Dogs DLC, Bad Blood. Most of the achievements are fairly straight forward, but it will take some time. Three achievements are story related, five are linked to eigthty-nine contrat missions, one is for completing 12 sides investigations and the last one requires some skill and luck to kill four enemies at once with the RC car.
Overall these achiements are easy to complete
Conclusion to Watch Dogs:
Overall the game is not hard at all and quite fun to 100%. All of the achievements are straight forward and cannot be missed. Difficulty does not play a part as well, so the full 1000 should be easy enough to achieve.
