Complete all available Workouts

Workouts are typically long exercise sessions, usually lasting around 20 minutes in length, which target specific body parts. They are colored red in the menu. You need to complete every different workout in the game at least once. There are 91 workouts to complete across the different types, three of which need to be unlocked via Uplay. They are listed below:

Abs (13 total)
Cardio (10 total)
Arms (12 total)
Toning (9 total) - Toning (H) requires 30 Uplay points to unlock
Back (12 total)
Health (3 total)
Legs (12 total) - Legs: Shape & Burn (F) requires 20 Uplay points to unlock
Sports Preparation (8 total) - Soccer: Power & Strength requires 40 Uplay points to unlock
Glutes (12 total)

Specific achievements award you Uplay points, which you can then redeem to unlock the three Uplay exercises. They are: Jump Around! (10 Uplay points), Safari, So Good! (20 Uplay points), Stick to the plan (30 Uplay points), and Creature Of Habit (40 Uplay points). Press X on the menu to launch Uplay within the game to redeem your points.
