Hello fellow achievement hunters! We all like that awesome sound of an achievement unlocking, but every now and then it is good to take a break, hang out with friends old and new, and just relax while kicking some AI butt. Come join the official x360a Community Co-Op Gaming events in the forum and do just that!

With games hosted by staff, subscribers and ambassadors, you have a chance to chat with folks you have seen around the site for years but may not have met. Over the next month we are playing Rainbow Six Vegas, Texas Hold'em, Crackdown 2, and Aegis Wing. Click the links to see the forum thread detailing dates for each game, and check to see if someone is hosting a room that fits with your schedule. Heck, come host your own room and tell us when!

Bring your mic and we will see you on LIVE!

The WHEN is an important thing to mention - not all of us are in the same time zones...

I'm keen tho, I generally play with my housemates, and they don't have all the games I do; or they've finished & moved on from them and don't go back (like crackdown 2 -as a result I still haven't played with all the DLC since I got it on sale)

SO when we know more about the whens etc - I'm in!

Ok now I'm pissed - I missed Crackdown 2 cos this post does NOT make it clear that u have to register on the forums for this event - I only noticed when I just moused-ever now!!

If you actually want us to join in, maybe you should mention the forum somewhere in the post; I and likely others as well just figured that the game names linked to the achievement lists - you know like all the other links to a game name on the site do and thusly never clicked on them. I'm sure more people would get involved if this was clearer!

(not happy, Jan)

@4, sure I can edit it to point out that clicking on links provided might be a good idea. Although I fail to see where you are getting that you missed Crackdown 2, since nothing says that...

@5&6 ok.. my bad - that was me not reading the dates on the listing.. I saw that the top 2 in the list were by descending date order and just assumed (without looking too deeply at it) that anything under that had already passed...

I stand corrected.

@8 and if you feel the need to post a bitchy comment after someone has already admitted they were wrong, then I'm pretty sure I don't need you either; if you represent the 'community' spirit here I weep for humanity; your attitude isn't going to encourage any other lurkers (of which I'm sure there are 100s of others out there) to stop lurking and get involved.

(it's called having a bad day - we all have 'em; I had one yesterday- get over yourself Mr "Pro")

Btw thanks for editting the post Creech; much appreciated - I hope to see some of the friendlier members online!

Chopsy people in here! I think Looter1 had a perfectly valid point. I had no idea how to get involved in this until the subject was brought up and then the original article kindly edited by Creech. So thanks to both of you.

This is kind of like the idea I had back in September, only this time it's actually happening. Approved.

@8: Not sure why you got thumbs down, I felt the same way after reading all his comments (including his response to you).

@10: Honestly, going around admitting "I had no idea that I should click obvious links in articles to get more information about something" isn't something you probably want to do. At least you weren't rude about it like Looter1 was.

@14: The links weren't obvious until the article was changed. But thanks for trying to point out my stupidity. As much as Looter1 may have inadvertantly offended a whole 2 people at least his comments were geared towards finding out what was going on and how to get involved.

This would maybe have helped a hundred years ago when these games were out, pity I got rid of them as nobody was playing them just like everything on live, not in the 1st week? then forget about getting the cheevs,I cant get even get any help with doom3,nobody ever replies on boosting threads and if they do they never seem to want to help, frankly sick of all online, sticking to offline only from now on.
