@1 That is such crap, a lot of people seem to have this opinion but just counting games released on X1 since launch and those known to be out before years end there are 47 original retail games released Vs 7 'remakes'...yeah sure looks like that's all that is coming out.

Hopefully they've listened to the feedback for the Tower level from last year and adjusted the difficulty on that.

#4, $50 is already a steal... Two amazing games + all the DLC? Let alone if you plan on going for the achievements you can bag up to 2000Gamerscore.

@2 there are defiantly not 47 original games released as games that are not exclusive to the Xbox One are not Original games. The list is way closer to 10.

@6 no he is right any game that isn't simple a remake is a "original" title your more thinking exclusives just cause it is cross gen or cross platform doesn't stop it from being a original title

Idk why you guys are acting like remakes are bad. These are nice to have in the meantime while we wait for the real shit to drop later this year.

@6 yeah, what @8 said. Just because a game is cross platform doesn't mean it isn't an original release for the X1. I would class a 'remake' as a game based on something that was either released before we even knew about the next gen machines or, as in the case of GTA V, a game that isn't that old but was never announced as coming to next gen before release.

@2 There are only 36 "Retail Games" on xbox one and that is counting Metro as 2 games.

I believe #1 was saying there is only 11 games on xbox one that can't be purchased on xbox 360. Its hard to say that cross gen games were made for the one when every other next gen game isn't being released till October or 2015. Most of these games were made for x360/ps3 and ported to one/4

@11 There are 47 counting from launch to the end of 2014. Also a port isn't a remake so he's still wrong.

Wah wah. Its the same as movies...remakes. The only reason is because of #id. And some of those are remakes. I will always be an Xbox supporter. But Microsoft needs to lift the red tape bullcrap on WP and w8 certification process. Yo Microsoft throw us a bone!!!

@13 & 2

I appreciate your enthusiasm for the XB1, but stop kidding yourself. In terms of original and exclusive games for XB1 this has been a joke of a launch year. Don't get me wrong - the system will be utilized soon enough but this entire first year is mainly hype. Most of my friends who traded in their 360 have regretted it (for the here and now).

@16 Have to agree but at least I kept my 360 and I'm glad I did, very poor games so far but I hope things will get better soon. The Xbox one needs a great exclusive game soon to help boost sales and its image as a top games machine.

This game isn't a remake, its a Port. Remake is a game made from scratch like the excellent remake of the Resident evil game on the gamecube.

It is sort of Both. The game is exactly the same as in layout but has been remade using the Last light engine. The gameplay changes from Last light have also been implemented into this one. One level that had to be split into two levels has also been made into one.

Pretty sure Last light engine is just updated version of the last game engine.
