Havent played the game in a while. Have they even fixed the bugs and glitches yet ?Thursday, November 03, 2011 @ 08:41 AM
A good addition for an unsung multiplayer. While simple, the core mechanic of the games MP was dead fun. Bring on the DLC THQ, bring it on.Thursday, November 03, 2011 @ 09:31 AM
Can't wait to get this game. Really hope the MP community stays strong.Thursday, November 03, 2011 @ 10:10 AM

Did anyone actually buy this game to begin with?Thursday, November 03, 2011 @ 12:26 PM
@9 Yes. And I like it.Thursday, November 03, 2011 @ 04:35 PM
@9 It was pre-ordered. Followed its development since I saw it in alpha via a level run through on a dev pc box running xbox dev code at GamesDay UK 2010. So yeah.Thursday, November 03, 2011 @ 05:42 PM
@11 How did you deal with the disappointment after playing it?Thursday, November 03, 2011 @ 05:46 PM
@12 Laughed at sad numb nuts like you who have nothing to offer the world.Thursday, November 03, 2011 @ 05:55 PM
Who in thier right mind is even p;aying this game still now that Gears 3 has been out and with new DLCFriday, November 04, 2011 @ 06:36 AM
@13 That's nice and all but you didn't answer my question.Friday, November 04, 2011 @ 07:35 AM
M1 Punk: I really like this game. The Warhammer 40K universe setting is a place I've enjoyed for many years and that adds into to my enjoyment of the game. Do you have any constructive input? If you dislike Space Marine so much then why are you even reading this? Why are you even here? Kaskade: Space Marine is not mean't to be a Gears killer. I've never played Gears but I can see that it tops the league of that style of third person shooters. Yes the Space Marine gameplay borrows HEAVILY from the Gears experience. The difference is that Cliffy B is flattered by this, not trolling Space Marine releated news posts offering pointless flamebaits. I hope you are enjoying Gears but obviously not so much it seems as it can't keep you away from Space Marine related media eh?Saturday, November 05, 2011 @ 02:58 AM
Nice. I'm sure I'll pick up the DLC, but it'll be some time till I actually get back to it. TO many really good games coming out or already out.Saturday, November 05, 2011 @ 09:10 AM
This DLC will likely drag me back to Space Marine, it sounds pretty cool.Monday, December 05, 2011 @ 09:15 PM
any specific dates yet??Monday, December 12, 2011 @ 10:01 PM
@14 MeMonday, December 19, 2011 @ 01:21 PM
Love this game. Only got it the over day and I'm loving how authentic Warhammer 40,000 it is. Can't wait for the DLC. @14 got bored of gears 3 after a while and completed the DLC in under 3 hours and couldn't care about the MP when EPIC are planning a load more of DLC, so not worryed about onyx medals or level 100 just yet, I want to make it last. The locust wouldn't stand a chance against space marines.Monday, February 06, 2012 @ 08:54 AM
Just got the game,@14 am also a big gears fan but always willing to try a game with a decent story/universe/IP.Enjoying the game so far,looking forward to trying the co-op mode with friends,should be good fun! Keep on gaming people :-)

THQ and Relic have revealed details of some new downloadable content for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, with new additional missions and maps planned for the recently added Exterminatus co-op mode. The crux of the upcoming add-on will be a new Exterminatus mode called 'Chaos Unleashed', which will add new boss rounds, new co-op arenas and new enemy units.
Chaos Unleashed will see you playing as the Chaos Space Marines as you take the fight to the Imperial Guard and the Ork hordes, with the Imperials getting their hands on an Imperial Sanctioned Psyker, which is one of the new enemies you'll face. As well as the Chaos Unleashed mode, there'll also be three new multiplayer maps in the pack, called 'Habs Ablaze', 'Station Tertius' and 'Aquila Canyon', each of which will be playable across all multiplayer modes. The pack will also add ten new achievements.
Free DLC is also planned for Space Marine, with the addition of the Capture the Flag Mode for multiplayer, meaning you'll be nabbing your rival's flag while defending your own. Yep. That's Capture the Flag alright. And finally, THQ will also be releasing some player skins for Space Marine, giving players a choice of unique Salamanders, Alpha Legion, Legion of the Damned and Blood Angel skin packs to download for 240 Microsoft Points apiece.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine's premium DLC will be available in December for 800 Microsoft Points, with the free CTF mode and player skins emerging at around the same time.
