Ubisoft's demo for Rayman Origins is now available to download, enabling you to try out the game's amazing, hand-drawn art for yourself and its taxing, co-operative multiplayer, platforming action.

Playing as Rayman, Globox and two teensies, four players can band together to try and beat Rayman Origins' tough platform-jumping challenges. In the demo, you can discover the Gibberish Jungle and Gourmand Land, and enjoy the classic 2D platformer gameplay.

You can add the Rayman Origins demo to your download queue here, and check out the game for yourself right now. Rayman Origins is out on November 15th.

  • Hello Rayman final see you get decent game!! cannot wait play as you again for long time!!!
  • **heads to console to start downloading**
  • Just downloaded it. 350MB! Thanks, fast download.
  • Rayman...dunananananaa...Rayman...dunanana...oh wait...I dont care lol Rayman is one of my fav characters and will defo be one of my favourite games this year XD
  • Just played the demo. It was actually rather what I expected from it. It's definitely going to be fun, especially with some friends, but it's going to be hard to 100% it. Mark my words.
  • Just played it. Its so FUN! Must buy!!!
  • Just played it, not worth $59.99 at most this feels like a 1200msp game, it's good don't get me wrong people its just that price tag....
  • Downloading this when I get home hehe
  • #7: 20 or maybe 30 of these levels would make a 1200MSP game indeed. Seeing as there are over 60 levels it's well worth the full price tag IMO. Demo is awesome, nostalgia all around. I also think it's going to be a hard 1000, but fun nontheless.
  • @9 Well that's when opinions kick in. but still $60 bucks for a platformer is a bit steep IMO.
  • @7 - Not worth $60? Let's not get started on other, more advertised games (I'm looking at you CoD) that have incredibly short campaigns. I think this game is a great breath of fresh air and that's worth something on its own.
  • Will wait for it to be cheaper until I pick it, and look at some reviews. But until then I'm gonna try to master the demo
  • @1 Rayman 2: The Great Escape is an awsome game. Rayman 3 wasn't bad either. I still hope we get TGE remake for the 360 once. Didn't even mind getting all the 1000 (or was it 1001) lums in it.
  • oh look the typical blame call of duty comment. so i'm guessing multiplayer with infinite replay value doesn't justify a $60 price tag? right...
  • Was a pretty fun demo, can see a lot of loud multiplayer sessions lol
  • #15 there is no online Co-op only local sadly
  • @#1 if you were talking out loud when you wrote that i swear that you were having a stroke
  • @10 Just because its a platformer? *rolls eyes*
  • I already have it queued and will dl when I get home. I will play this with my wife and if she likes, I will defo pick it up. I have more than enough games to play by myself as it is=P
  • @17 hey dude the kid who posted @1 is deaf which leads to below average grammar, give him break man
  • @1 & 20 i do apologize it was a terrible joke. and @10 i would love to see a list of prices you think each genre should have if you have time.
  • Thanks you for a demo of Rayman Origins! So I can see if I will get this game or not. These will be good if people would want to test this game out. 7_7 I was waiting for this demo for Rayman Origins for 7 day... I will try this demo today and see if it good for me to play it. ^_^
  • Gonna get this game for sure With it being a side scroller i was in hope for it to be a long game to make up for that and yep 60 levels, Reminds me of the old PS1 rayman Its good to see a game like this made among all these FPS and action games.
  • This is my most anticipated game of 2011. I hate the removal of the classic 2D platformer, which is my favorite genre by the way. Super Meat Boy, Splosion Man, Ms. Splosion Man, N+, etc. I would have gladly paid $60.00 for. Bring 'em on!! I am SO happy to see the classic Rayman coming back. And this is going to look superb on the 360! I can't believe people are hating on this game. It is impossible to play this game without a smile on your face.
  • Fantastic stuff. I loved the original Rayman on PS1. Definitely one of the hardest platformer games I have ever played. Not fussed about the price as it will offer many hours of gaming. Will wait for price to drop first.
  • @10 its not worth a retail release because of it genre, thats perfectly reasonable..............
  • Tryed this game demo today was good and can wait play it!
  • I tryed the demo yesterday and found it very entertaining. I'm glad that Rayman will return! I think that will be a little bit challenging to complete it 100%! :D
