I genuinely hope bastion wins something. It was a brilliant. An enthralling, well designed and well constructed little game, probably one of the games I most enjoyed last year.

Does anyone know where you can find the FULL list of categories? It says portal 2 has 10 nominations, but there are only 8 categories listed above!

But thats just my own personal opinion on each category :)

What an amazing selection of games. In all honesty, it will be a tough choice for best in each category.

Skyrim, La Noire and Portal 2 are some of the best games I've played over the last year. I'm sure the others are of a great quality as well.

My personal picks, not predictions:

GAME OF THE YEAR: Batman Arkham City (I know everyone is favoring Portal 2)

ACTION GAME OF THE YEAR: C.O.D Modern Warfare 3 (Gears could be as well)

ADVENTURE GAME OF THE YEAR: Uncharted 3 (right on par with it would be Zelda)

I'm with you #9 although L.A. Noire had little replay value and Portal 2 was just a little sort if utterly amazing and with a completely different MP to any other game.

Wish that RPGs had their own section, so they could be judged separately. I would like Skyrim to win RPG of the year, but from what I've seen, the new Star Wars MMO looks pretty good (although I haven't actually played it yet). Nonetheless, most of these games on these lists were perfect, although a few I don't personally think they should be nominees.

-L.A. Noire
-Battlefield 3
-Arkham City
-Mario kart 7

Honestly though, as long as MW3 doesn't get an undeserved Action GoTY I'm ok with their choices.

@ 16 you're correct. I could've sworn it came out in 2010
