New The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition Dev Diary Looks at Story and Consequences

This latest developer diary for the Enhanced Edition of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings takes a look at the story, or more specifically, the complexity and non-linearity of the story, which has four different openings and a total of sixteen different end states.
There'll be actions that you take and choices you'll make as Geralt that'll ultimately affect the path of the narrative, with overarching consequences later down the line. These decisions will be self-contained, so it's not about making Geralt good, evil or neutral, but about choosing your choice based on the situation.
Choices will also take you to areas you might not see otherwise, opening up sub-quests and a host of other opportunities for Geralt, so picking carefully will be important. Give the dev diary a watch to find out more, then look out for The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition for Xbox 360 on April 17th, 2012.
