Looks cool, but why the hell is a digitally distributed game collection being held back on one region? Just release it all at the same time.Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:01 PM
Opps now i see my mistake, silly me for not reading the article properly lolTuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:15 PM
Capcome need to release more of their side scrolling beat em ups! Such as Captain Commando, Cadillacs & Dinosaurs, Alien Vs Predator and Knights Of The Round!Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:19 PM
Capcom should release a Resident Evil Collection or Megaman (X) Collection for the 360.Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:24 PM
@4 agreed You should get resident evil 4 and code Veronica for $30 dollars in a bundle.Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:35 PM
@5 sorry to mention this but... Playstation network offered a bundle price on RE games. Wish microsoft would do the same... As far as the collection goes... Great deal, already have 3 of these games but ill still rent it from gamefly!Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:43 PM
"Rocketmen: It Came From Uranus expansion" hehe... hehehehe.. heheTuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:45 PM
Love super puzzle fighter and 1942. They should of added Powerstone though.Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:46 PM
@4 Mega man X series would be the shit...those were my favorites behind the Legends games...I'd buy those two for $60 in a compilation in a heartbeat. C'mon Capcom, get on it!Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:48 PM
Regarding achievements. Does this game offer 200 GS per game? Or 200 GS for the entire thing?Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:51 PM
@10 it will be 200g per game. So 8 games for a total of 1600g.Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 01:58 PM
nice collection prob 200g each game like xbla.....Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 02:02 PM
@2 - Seems most people do the same mate so dont worry :) as for cappy and there old games being released id love it. I never got to play AvP or CvD as i didnt have any arcades near me as a kid. Thing is the licenses have gone i would suspect :( Id love a Resi collection but the PSN store has them in their original forms. Playstation 3 because of move gets to have HD versions of the Chronicles titles though :( nothing for us.Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 02:05 PM
Stupid question probably: since I bought some of these games on XBL in the past will I get the achievements again if I buy this disc?Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 02:07 PM
It came from Uranus expansion pack... /GigglesTuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 02:41 PM
@ #9: I have the Mega Man X Collection for the PS2. Maybe you like the individual games better than I do, but I can't help but feel like those games would be a disappointment to you today. I found the first three games to be good, but the others were a bit mediocre compared to the original Mega Man sequels. It's the same way I felt when I played Resident Evil 1 and 2 on the PSN. I always said that I loved them and all, but then I played them and found the controls to be clunky at best, the graphics to be nearly unwatchable, and the enemies too easy to exploit and kill. The only reason I got through Resident Evil 3 and Dino Crisis was because of the enhanced controls that allowed for automatic targeting instead of aiming and very slowly turning to face the oncoming enemy. OT: That said, when it comes to this collection, it's a good lineup of games. I have the 100% in Final Fight: Double Impact and have played most of the others. Puzzle Fighter is insanely fun with another player; it's especially appealing to a non-gamer girlfriend (trust me on that one). This is a good buy for anyone who doesn't have the 100% in these games.Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 02:57 PM
@16: I agree. As far as Mega Man X goes, the SNES games are still quite solid, 4 isn't bad, 5 is just barely passable, and 6 is downright awful. Then we have 7 (which is downright awful) and 8 which is kind of okay again but has too many on rails vehicle levels.Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 03:04 PM
Definitely getting this. I'll wait for it to go down to a tenner of course though - then it'll be a bargain! :DTuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 03:46 PM
@#14 - No. If the disc is anything like the Dreamcast one, Plants vs. Zombies, Namco Arcade, etc... it will treat all 8 games as though they were the Arcade versions.Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 08:47 PM
1,600 achievements? 200 each right?Tuesday, March 27, 2012 @ 10:08 PM
Wouldn't they sell a lot more units of the game if instead of preloading the discs with 8 games or however many a companies retro collection has, that instead they make a list of all the retro titles, and allow the player to build their own collection disc? You can choose your 8 favourites and put those on the disc? Like take Capcom for instance, say I don't want the Street Fighter Turbo HD Remix game, I can swap that out and add another game from their collection that I do enjoy. I think that would totally generate more sales for them.Wednesday, March 28, 2012 @ 04:38 AM
@ 4. THANK YOU!!! FINALLY SOMEONE AGREES THAT WE NEED A MEGAMAN X COLLECTION. and i thought i waas the only one.Wednesday, March 28, 2012 @ 06:46 AM
Not sure about megaman collection but wouldn't say no since love all the classics but do agree we really do need the original resident evil trilogy. The controls were perfect, I have no problems with them, been wanting the new Resident Evil's to get back to the routes but at moment we seem to stuck in some sort of SOCOM/GOW clones pattern, survival is pretty much dead at the moment.Wednesday, March 28, 2012 @ 07:14 AM
Nice. Will be picking this up. Like a few have already mentioned, a resident evil and megaman collection would be epic!Wednesday, March 28, 2012 @ 08:53 AM
I can't believe there is NO Age of Booty. Really underrated CAPCOM XBLA game. Rocketmen has some a few truly awful achievements. Flock was a pretty ok game. I enjoyed it.Wednesday, March 28, 2012 @ 09:44 AM
@4 & 9 I 1000% agree with you guys. Mega Man in general kicks ass and I dont know why capcom holds back with them. I would love to play some mega man x again, I havent played 6, 7 or 8 but I do remember the first few being some of the best mega man games I have ever played.Wednesday, March 28, 2012 @ 10:47 AM
Well I've got none of these so I'm probably going to pick this upWednesday, March 28, 2012 @ 05:39 PM
Added this to my Gamefly account and it's shipping today :)
