Before anyone asks, yes, it is an incredibly slow news day. So, with that in mind, we thought it only proper to publish the English language trailer for the upcoming Asura's Wrath DLC, having covered the Japanese announcement of the game's add-ons yesterday.

The English trailer for the Asura's Wrath DLC schedule simply confirms that the launch dates for the content will be indentical to that of the Japanese counterparts, although the add-ons names have also now been added, so you'll know what to look out for as and when it hits Xbox Live.

Episode 11.5: Forging Ahead is available to download now for 160 MSP, while Episode 15.5: Defiance will be next on April 3rd for the same price. DLC Round 3 Part IV: Nirvana, adds the 'true ending' to Asura's Wrath across episodes 19-22, and it'll set you back 560 MSP on April 24th.

That little lot will then be rounded off with the DLC Round 4 'Lost Episode 1: At Last, Someone Angrier Than Me', which sees Asura fighting Ryu on May 8th for 160 MSP. Then finally, DLC Round 5 'Lost Episode 2: The Strongest vs. The Angriest' releases on May 15th for 160 MSP, and features a brawl with Akuma and Evil Ryu.

Check out the trailer for the complete rundown of Asura's Wrath's DLC. Again.

  • so with being a capcom game, has anyone found the dlc on disc yet?
  • @1 No, this is actually DOWNLOAD CONTENT not Disk Lock Content - as it should be. Cyberconnect2 make great games :)
  • bought the first DLC, waiting for the others :D
  • @1 Like #2 said, it isn't, but the game's "true" ending is a future DLC so Capcom have covered their basis for being terrible here, no worries.
  • Well i kinda hate the new thing to hate on companys, "i paid for it i want the full game" well compare it to movies. Did you get free entry for Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 2 if you paid for Part 1? Everyone knew that there will be NO conclusion to the series/movie so why the hate on games that feature "ending dlc" that concludes the game? I dont get it... Well maybe thats just me :/
  • If you put all the Asuras Wraths DLCs together it will go to 1200 MS Points. I will wait with the DLC ,i am hoping for a "Big DLC Pack for 1200 MS Points" including every DLC for this game. Cheers.
  • @5 "Did you get free entry for Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 2 if you paid for Part 1?" I didn't realise that the game was called Asura's Wrath Part I
  • 11.5 DLC is dope, love the art style, looking foward to more!
  • Hope they do a GOTY Edition or something like that with everything on 1 Disc. I'd buy that immediately. My HDD is getting crowded with all the GoD, XBLA, DLCs... (Damn Mass Effect 2 and its huge DLC... why no GOTY edition like ME1??)
  • MESSATSU!
  • @1 - fyi, this is a CyberConnect game, not Capcom. They are merely the publishers of the game, not the developer. But appairently they are working closely with CyberConnect if they are including a Capcom character in their game. Must of been an interesting publishing contract.
  • Does anyone know is the DLC put into the story mode? I mean if i wait to play the game til i have all the DLC will ch.11.5 be put in between ch.11 and 12?
  • Will buy regardless, but does anyone know if this will have achievements?
  • @5 Your example doesn't really work though as it was said, way before release, that Deathly Hallows would be in two parts. No bait and switch. Totally upfront. The reason why people get annoyed is because you've already paid for the disc that has the content on it but then you have to pay AGAIN to access content that, physically, you already have. To use your example, it would be like paying full price to see The Deathly Hallows part 1 but only being allowed to watch the first 90 minutes before being told to come back in a few months to watch the last 50 minutes. Oh, and you'd have to pay again for that last 50 minutes.
  • @12 yes it will show up as 11.5 and so on. You can always replay it if you purchased after progressing past that level like I did. Or just continue the story and it will take you right into it.
  • @14: Although the 'Part 2' argument was stupid, your disk-locked content anger doesn't apply to Asura's Wrath so I don't know why you're bringing it up.
