Before F1 2010 came along and Codemasters Racing resurrected Formula One racing games, it was a neglected sub-genre that had been left in the wilderness for three years. Having enjoyed a couple of laps around the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas with Game Director Paul Jeal, we stepped outside the LA Convention Center during E3 to talk in more depth about F1 2012 and what the future holds for the franchise, as Codemasters looks ahead with a multi-year deal in place for the FIA Formula One license.
