A good chunk of the Injustice: Gods Among Us gameplay that we were shown behind closed doors at E3 last month has turned up online, coming straight out of the EVO 2012 event that took place in Las Vegas over the weekend, showing Superman and The Flash facing off against one another in the Batcave and Batman and Solomon Grundy tearing up the game's Future City.
Offering 14-minutes of super-powered fighting action, the video demonstrates exactly what we saw during E3, with Creative Director Ed Boon showing off the game and all of its incredible environmental interaction, resulting in dynamic matches in which you can pick up and hurl objects, or in Solomon Grundy's case, you can grab a car and smack a rival with it.
You can also see the game's stunning finishers, including The Flash's crowd-pleasing run around the world before delivering a huge straight punch right into Superman's lantern-shaped jaw. Injustice: Gods Among Us will be coming in 2013. Check out the gameplay vid below, courtesy of IGN, then check out our first look preview for more.
