Battlefield 3‘s Armored Kill DLC may have only just arrived for Premium subscribers, but DICE is already prepping a patch to fix the wonky stuff.
As detailed over on lead designer Gustav Halling’s blog, the tweaks are due to arrive before Tuesday next week and could be with us as early as this Thursday. It’s a server-side update, meaning you won’t have to faff around updating anything to see the benefits.
Here’s the full list of changes, in Halling’s own words. there's only a couple of 'em:
- Mobile Artillery
The Mobile artillery’s “Proximity Defense” unlock is causing players to “suicide” when being used in both vehicles with higher reprorate in the US HIMARS.
- Gunship in Rush
Defenders have been having a hard time winning the last week and we are making tweaks to even out the battlefield =)
The Gunship will respawn after 90 seconds instead of 60 seconds in Rush after being destroyed.
Armored Kill goes live for non Premium subs later this month.
Oh, and while we have you, DICE has also released an update on its anti-cheat policy. Get all the latest here.
