I'm going to try and get one of these.Tuesday, September 18, 2012 @ 05:31 PM
Come on Capcom. There are people here who will PAY you for it. With £MONEY£. If that doesn't reel em' in nothing will.Tuesday, September 18, 2012 @ 05:55 PM
So where is Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo and Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix?Tuesday, September 18, 2012 @ 06:06 PM
So what's this like 20 versions of street fighter 2 ?Tuesday, September 18, 2012 @ 06:18 PM
@9, better question: Where's Fighting Street! xDTuesday, September 18, 2012 @ 06:26 PM
I already have the four games included so it's pretty much unattractive for me. I also wonder how it can be called a 25th anniversary collector set when you don't provide every game released since the last 25 years (where are the Alpha/Zero versions for example?).Tuesday, September 18, 2012 @ 06:30 PM
I read the news again and maybe they are provided in fact, but the news is not really clear.Tuesday, September 18, 2012 @ 10:17 PM
@10 Yeah, I wouldn't spend $150 to play the same game a ton of timesTuesday, September 18, 2012 @ 10:41 PM
Having grown up playing SF2 in the arcade I have to say I'm a little disappointed in this. Give me the original games...I want SF2 complete with all glitches and bugs, I want champion edition were Ken's Dragon punch rules all.... for a 25th anniversary they should have went back to where it all began...Street Fighter 2...Tuesday, September 18, 2012 @ 10:43 PM
Tsk..tsk! That Alpha series is missing. Not a true 25th without that series. Just my opinion!Wednesday, September 19, 2012 @ 01:16 AM
This not worth it. If this commemorates the 25th anniversary of Street Fighter, then why is Street fighter not in it?Wednesday, September 19, 2012 @ 01:45 AM
SF X Tekken sucks. Really wish they included the Street Fighter Alpha games. Those were awesome!! And Ryu really isnt my fave. A total pass for me.Wednesday, September 19, 2012 @ 02:13 AM
For that price I would expect it to be Ryu's real belt, and when I wear it, it gives me the ability to throw real fireballs around. My dog wouldn't like it tho and would probably bite me.Wednesday, September 19, 2012 @ 05:08 AM
I would have probably bought this.Wednesday, September 19, 2012 @ 05:51 AM
Does anyone know if Street Fighter x Tekken is region free? I haven't picked up that game yet, and I really like this box set.Wednesday, September 19, 2012 @ 10:19 AM
This is the dumbest thing ever, all these games are already out!! Who wants to pay for the same stuff!? Where's Street Fighter Alpha, Street fighter Alpha 2, Street fighter Alpha 3 and the 1st Street Fighter!!? You could have even thrown in the garbage Street Fighter The Movie! This is a no buy for me..very dissappointed.Wednesday, September 19, 2012 @ 11:14 AM
wow.Wednesday, September 19, 2012 @ 12:08 PM
If I had the money, I would get this.Wednesday, September 19, 2012 @ 12:20 PM
sorry capcom this is very sad. if you're going to release a collection of any kind. it better have EVERY game on the collection! i loved this series when it was simple to play. now with all this 16 button combos, phasing in & out crap, they lost me a long time ago. if they had brought out the originals on the genesis. i might have concidered this collection. MK went back to its roots. now SF needs to do the same.

Announced back in May, today sees the launch of the super sexy Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's Set in North America, leaving the rest of the world looking on greener than Blanka with pure envy. The multiple disc set bundles almost all of the Street Fighter loveliness you could ever ask for, with the notable absence of Street Fighter 1, where it all started 25 years ago. Oops.
Still, how can you complain when you get all of this stuff in one big old box. It's got a light-up Ryu statue! Shoryuken! Here's the contents in full:
Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's Set is available in North America now for the not entirely unaffordable price tag of $149.99.
