Codemasters' Iain Smith Talks GRID 2, Why It Took So Long to Announce & the Game's Physics

GRID 2 officially took an age to announce. And by officially, we mean we're granting ourselves the power to not only make sweeping comments, but also to tack the word officially on them to make them seem more... official. It's hardly a sweeping statement though, after all there have been 3 DiRT games released in the time between GRID 1 and GRID 2. Yes, 3!
So what have Codemasters been playing at for all that time? We caught up with Codemasters' Associate Producer, Iain Smith, to dig a little deeper and find out what took them so long. Of course, we cover so much more than that - as always - and Smith gave us an insight into what we can expect, not only from the game, but from the new engine as well.
