Metro 2033 is one of those underappreciated gems that's just begging to be dug out and played, and with sequel Metro: Last Light on the cards for release in 2013, now's the time to grab it. Especially as it's also on sale at half price for this week only on Xbox Live.
Based on Russian author Dmitry Glukhovsky's acclaimed Metro 2033 novel, the game takes you deep underground into post-apocalyptic Moscow's derelict subway system, where fierce mutants and equally hostile human antagonists await, as you battle for survival.
From tomorrow (October 16th), you'll be able to purchase Metro 2033 for the bargain price of just £5.49 for one week only on Xbox Live. The deal concludes on October 22nd, so snap it up fast!
