Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have announced that BAFTA award winning composer Jason Graves is to compose the soundtrack for Tomb Raider, with a developer diary showing Graves creating metallic sounds to build the game's musical soundscape.
There's an interview with the composer too, who talks about how excited he is to be taking on the Tomb Raider score, while showing some of the processes he's utilising for the game. Graves has previously won plaudits for his work on the original score and use of audio in Dead Space.
Atmosphere, emotion and authenticity are apparently at the forefront in composing the Tomb Raider soundtrack, which you can learn more about in the latest entry in the 'Final Hours' developer series below. Tomb Raider is out on March 5th, 2013.
