Silicon Knights' Too Human as well as all of its associated content has been removed from the Xbox Live Marketplace today, presumably in connection with the recent legal battle between the developer and Epic Games over the Unreal Engine.
The ruling stated that Silicon Knights had until December 10th 2012 to recall and destroy all copies of its games built using the Unreal Engine 3 at its own expense, including Too Human, X-Men: Destiny, The Box/Ritualyst, The Sandman and Siren in the Maelstrom. Epic Games received $4.45 million from Silicon Knights in damages.
The Too Human product page remains on Xbox.com, as well as X-Men: Destiny, which is still available to purchase. However, the demo of the 2008 RPG, gamer pics, themes and Too Human itself has been removed from the Xbox Live Marketplace and Games on Demand respectively. An official explanation is not yet forthcoming.
