Skullgirls Getting Free New Fighter and Stage This Summer

Lab Zero Games, the new developer charged with taking care of Skullgirls, successfully raised over $150,000 in less than 24 hours to fund the game's first DLC character, Squigly (pictured below). That was last week. This week, the Indiegogo campaign fund has more than doubled, and Lab Zero is on the way to funding a second DLC character.
Squigly and a new backdrop called the 'River King Casino' (an early concept sketch of which can be viewed below) with music from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night composer, Michiru Yamane, will be available to download for free this summer, while Skullgirls second DLC character will be Big Band, the first male character who's part man, part saxophone. Yes, he has no arms, but can probably kick out a hell of a tune.
A third character will be considered should the fan funding continue, with fifteen potential characters (a few of which are pictured below) being put forward for fan voting. As well as these second and third DLC characters, a 360 patch is also on the way, but is currently wrapped up in red tape.
