EA and Insomniac have revealed that you'll be able to check out Fuse next week, with a co-op demo heading to the Xbox Live Marketplace. “When it comes to Fuse, the biggest thing we’ve noticed when sharing it with others for the first time is that playing is believing,” says Insomniac CEO, Ted Price.
The demo supports online co-op play for up to 4 players or 2-player local split-screen. If you want to play alone however, you can use the game's LEAP mechanic to instantaneously shift between Fuse's four protagonists, who each have their own unique fuse-powered Xenotech weapons.
Featuring Overstrike agents Dalton Brooks, Naya Deveraux, Izzy Sinclair and Jacob Kimble, you'll be able to sample Fuse when the demo hits on May 7th.
The full version of Fuse will be launching on May 28th in North America and May 31st in Europe. Read our latest preview here and our interview with Ted Price here.
