We’ve spent a lot of time lately with Capcom and DONTNOD’s newest IP, Remember Me, and you know what? We’re fans. It’s easy enough to say this though, so we thought we’d go one better and actually show you.
Having spent hours upon hours working through the first 5 episodes, we captured 25 plus minutes of gameplay footage for your consumption – what better way to spend your Friday!?
The three videos look at what makes up Remember Me. Preview video one gives you a look at the world, the combat, the traversal, the combo lab and one of the earlier puzzles, while preview video two gives you a look at one of the game’s memory remix stages, which are just fab. And then finally, we come full circle and we put all our combat lessons into use with a boss battle.
Like I say in the video, it’s the most Japanese Western-developed game I’ve ever played. Remember Me is inventive, fun and deceptively deep. Keep an eye on this one folks, especially if you often moan at the lack of decent new IPs.
