  • Someone on my FL has this, on two separate occasions he's said there's 4 active matches in the Lost Island playlist. FOUR. Crytek dropped the ball with this game.
  • I was just wondering if anyone can tell me how this game compares to crysis 1? i play the first regularly on pc, its so much fun.
  • @1 I suppose its better than NONE. If this games MP is anywhere near as broken as 2's, I'm not surprised.
  • I'd probably be more tempted to get this if more people were playing the actual main multiplayer. Also the fact that on the last one barely anyone played in the new maps playlists after a couple of months and despite a massive fan campaign to get the dlc folded into the standard playlists it never happened so that was a bunch of wasted MSpoints. It's a shame because it's actually quite a fun game online
  • Why would you support a game that failed with DLC? I'll tell you why, because the content was probably removed from the original game. Anyway, they really should have waited for the next-gen consoles with this one, it would have been a great launch title and a year would have been enough to polish this buggy/generic piece of crap.
  • The multiplayer is so bad
  • #3: There's a clear host advantage. Sometimes killing is very easy other times, other times you'll have to empty the majority of a clip directly into someone's back. That's the main problem, the rest of it is mostly comical bugs and irritatingly incorrect Killcams. It's got all the ingredients to be great and set itself apart from other FPSs but the delivery was botched and would go some way to explaining the sub-2,000 players across ALL platforms. source: http://crysis3s.com/ It was bare-able in it's release form (Have they patched it since?) but when I saw dead playlists and others with barely a dozen players in them on the third week after release I knew that ship was sinking and sold it on. Also 'CELL Vs. Rebels' is the most clear cut attempt of appealing to the CoD audience I've ever seen. Strips all the unique Crysis elements and one of the few times "Another First Person Shooter" would sum something up accurately.
  • Crytek never listens to fans, that is why they fail
