Microsoft has welcomed Konami to the stage at its E3 presser to showcase Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain for Xbox One, revealing a proper look at some gameplay from the open-world stealth action title.
Revealing a huge cast of characters that includes a young Ocelot, Hal Emmerich (AKA Otacon), Snake's buddy Miller and a host of others, the demo shows 'Punished Snake' as he's now known, riding a horse, driving a jeep and more, with Kiefer Sutherland's gruff vocals.
It looks utterly stunning, and is the perfect way to open Microsoft's E3 showcase. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be coming to Xbox One with SmartGlass support.
"It's all about the games," says Xbox head honcho Don Mattrick. Good.
