PopCap Games has announced Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare exclusively for Xbox platforms, and it's a wave-based third-person shooter with co-op multiplayer support. You're not reading that wrong. That's what it is.
Showing the various plants you can play as, it's an all-action game, that feaures different tactics for each class. The cactus can snipe, the peashooter can plough in with peas, the chomper chomps and the sunflower can provide healing support while shooting sun rays.
Most importantly, it looks to retain that trademark PvZ humour too. Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare is coming first to Xbox One, then to Xbox 360. Also, Peggle 2 has been announced, but PopCap stopped short of specifying platforms for that one.
