Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut is coming to Xbox 360.

The enhanced version of Ubisoft Montreal’s hit RPG was originally intended for release exclusively on Wii U, but is now coming to all current-gen consoles.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut features the Tong’s Rescue mission and Missing Link DLC, as well as a bunch of fixes and improvements. The difficulty of the boss battles has also been balanced.

Meanwhile, the extra functionality designed for use with the Wii U’s gamepad thing will be made available via mobile devices.

What is currently unknown is if the new version of the game will be released as a standalone product only, or whether the enhances will be made available vis download to those that already have the game.

No release date has yet been announced.

The boss fights were this game's only weak point.

People that paid for the game already should get a free downloadable file via the marketplace. I'm not shelling out $60 for Eidos's mistakes during development.

Aside from that one broken achievement that could get the guy to spawn in the ceiling, what else was there?

Yeah, I feel ya.

A much worse situation can be seen with games like Ninja Gaiden 3 to NG:3 RE.

That was just tragic. But is actually becoming common practice.

Make sense yeah. If new achievements list and change from last version then get it but if achievements is same then I getting Wii U because I like try out new gameplay using gamepad. I played Xbox 360 in 2011 and it is one of best games in recent years.

Loved Dues Ex: Human Revolution. Game is fun from start to end, amazing graphics, story and great different way to approach throughout game like stealth, alert and kill enemies or have both mix if you like depend enemies alert after some stealth kills. :D

My favourite thing about this game was the achievements, don't get me wrong the game is great but I thought the achievement list was really well done, it was a great mix of story and challenge!

If this is a separate game with stackable achievements I'll have to get it, hell I may get it anyway.

Nice, I found the bosses on the hardest difficulty a little too tough

@#10 : your loss.

On topic... I was unhappy that this was a WiiU exclusive... Now I might try it out after a price drop.
Original game was a blast.

Hopefully it will give us a notification or something if you killed a person in the game when trying to do the Pacifist achievement, because you could never tell in the game at all.

oh man you HAVE got to be kidding me :(

I bought the game and all its dlc in the square enix sale earlier this year and still haven't got around to playing it (had a HUGE backlog for ages and been wanting DE since day one but didn't have the time to play it amid other things)

I can live with the wasted money on potentially free/cheaper dlc but i really hope the balances, fixes and mobile addition come to the main version.

This is awesome! as long as using a mobile device is optional. And I played the game on every difficulty, and never had a problem with any of the boss battles. So.... I have no idea what you guys are talking about.

If memory serves, there's a lot of things with this, not just gameplay wise (bosses that can be stealth killed) but graphics wise as well. And I'm wondering if it also comes with that one weapons DLC.

I still have DE:HR, I loved it and will be keeping the 360 because of it and a few other games. If they make the improvements available for those of us still with the game then that's awesome. If not, I'll not be too bothered.

This is a great game, but its not an rpg... Why do people insist slapping that title on every game with a little depth?

I have to say, I REALLY liked this game. Was one of my favorite releases in 2011. I never did get to finish it however.

A Director's Cut of this really makes me hope that they decide to revisit the series for another game in the universe.

Grr, I just bought this (used) a month or two ago. I had something else going so haven't played yet but am starting it later this week sometime. My copy didn't have DLC and being on dialup means I can't get it otherwise. After the price drops I might have to buy this version and trade in the other.

I still wish Invisible War would work on the 360. A rerelease of it would sure be nice! I loved the game and I really wish I could find a copy of it, even if it means hooking up the old xbox to play.
