Wolfenstein: The New Order Screens Have Blood on Their Hands

Another batch of screenshots from Bethesda and MachineGames' Wolfenstein: The New Order have recently emerged, showing more fearsome Nazi robots and some bloody-handed dual-wielding as our hero BJ Blazkowicz shoots his way through the fascist war machine one jackbooted bad guy at a time.

Not only are the new screenshots generous with the old red stuff, but they're also rather lush, sporting some lovely golden hues and autumnal colours among the gigantic hunks of cold Nazi steel.

You can take a look at all six images below for another look at Wolfenstein: The New Order, ahead of its release on current and next-generation consoles in 2014.

  • Looks fantastic! Thank you for the latest screenshots Richard
  • This is starting to look awesome, we're due for another good Wolfenstein game.
  • Too...much....brown!!
  • Time to bring Nazi's back as a threat in games they've been a joke lately.
  • @3 Not sure whether you're trolling or if you're colourblind... These screenshots look beautiful and with bethesda involved I will definitely be picking this up.
  • Looks great. 2nd pic reminds me a bit too much of the flop that was F.E.A.R. 3 for some reason though.
  • FUCK YOU MOON!
  • Lookforward this game. I believe new Wolfenstein going be good game and possible better then 2009. 2014 going be hell epic games releases!!! :D
  • God damn moon Nazis.
  • Now we have to wait till 2014 :(
  • @5 I think hes talking about his too much brown panties;D
  • Looking good, though I am not sure what the deal is with screenshots being shown as widescreen lately... Should be a solid enough game when it comes out next year=)
  • I'm more excited for this game than I have any right to be, with how little they've actually shown. I think shooting some Sci-Fi Nazis is an itch that's needs scratching, and this is looking like just the thing I need.
  • I thought we were done with the Nazi craze, now we are regressing. So boring/
  • Wondering why #14 is looking at a news item for a Wolfenstein game if he finds Nazis boring??? Perhaps you've never heard of the IP before sir, or do you turn to stone when light hits you? Personally I wouldn't mind a couple of WWII games now as the whole modern-day warfare thing is getting a bit tired...
  • Looking good. Loving screenshot number one and three. This game is going to be awesome. Best Wolfenstein since RtCW.
