Releasing on the Xbox Live Arcade last month, Tragnarion Studios' Scourge: Outbreak is to receive an extensive update later this month addressing fan feedback.

Patching several areas to enhance the gameplay, the Scourge: Outbreak update will be rolling out on XBLA soon and will address the following:

  • Matchmaking now allows players to find and join games in progress, making it much easier to find matches online.
  • All weapon handling has been tweaked, fixing issues with recoil, stability and spread based on community feedback.
  • Co-op and Versus modes now enabled in Trial version.
  • Several bug-fixes.

"Tragnarion Studios are fully committed to improving Scourge: Outbreak post-release, and are working hard to give players a great online co-op experience at a budget price," reads the press release. You can download Scourge: Outbreak now for 800 Microsoft Points.

  • Who are the "fans" that actually purchased the game?
  • wow,its only $10. This deserves a trial run at least
  • Good that they care about making it better and not moaning about it i will give this a go
  • Game is actually pretty decent, I enjoyed it for sure.
  • Game's great, I had more fun on it than on GoW 3's campaign and it's only 800, what's not to like?
  • as far as i know i was the only one who gave them a feed back
  • @#6 Buhahaha, that might just be heh. I personally have had enough of generic shooters and what not, especially on arcade. Maybe once it goes on sale I will see trial and find out with one of my friends would get it for coop, other than that not many reasons to pick it up...
  • I'll at least check out the trial with a friend then. Downloaded it but left it sitting there. Opportunity cost, innit.
  • I won't be spending any $ on the arcade since the games don't carry over to the 1
