Have you been thinking about getting a game like Battlefield 4, but want to wait for the Xbox One version when it launches? GameStop stores in North America are offering a game upgrade offer for its PowerUp Rewards members, guaranteeing $50 store credit when you trade in the Xbox 360 version of a selected game and trade it up to the Xbox One version.
The upgrade offer applies to five Xbox 360/Xbox One titles, meaning you can purchase and play the current-gen version when it releases, then turn it in for $50 credit towards trading up to the Xbox One version for $9.99. The games eligible for this offer are:
- Call of Duty: Ghosts
- Madden NFL 25
- FIFA 14
- Battlefield 4
- Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag
You can read the full terms and conditions pertaining to the GameStop game upgrade offer here. The same offer has not been announced for territories outside of North America, and applies only to GameStop PowerUp Rewards members. Xbox One is out in November.
