Konami has released the third tutorial video for Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 today, exploring another ot the game's tenets that are being introduced for this year's iteration. This time, it's all about 'Heart', the system that drives player performance and motivation based on several factors.

Play a home match, and you can feed off the crowd. Score a match winning goal, and the player's motivation will rise, and the rest of the team will by extension perform better and be more positive. Concede a match winning goal as the keeper, and motivation will drop.

Heart and motivation will also affect free kicks, and fan support throughout the season will also have an impact on your team, and fans will react to individual player performance too. This also affects your stats, as explained in the new tutorial video below. PES 2014 is out in September.

Am I the only one who thought that man was hovering at 0:08 seconds? Had to play it back to see what was going in there.

Also the system seems pretty cool, would be nice to hear the fans cheering for a certain player if he is performing well (top goal scorer for instance) will add a huge amount of believable atmosphere to the game.
