Warner Bros has released an 11-minute gameplay trailer for Dead Island dev Techland's other zombie killing game, Dying Light. It features our Brit hero tearing through the post-apocalyptic alleyways of the game's expansive urban hell overrun with the undead, on a search for a valuable airdrop.
It's the gameplay we saw at E3 for our first look preview, and shows a good chunk of Dying Light, with its melee-focused combat, with hammers, axes and crafted weapons like the electrified machete on show. It also shows some of the decisions you can make that will have consequences further down the line. Leaving that little girl might come back to bite you, literally.
Set during the daytime, the demo shows how the infected populous transforms as night falls, and shows the free-running traversal you'll use to scamper over rooftops. Check out the gameplay video below. Dying Light is out for current-gen and next-gen consoles in 2014.
