I'd pay the extra for the Xbox One over a PS4 just for the Cloud giving me Dedicated Servers on most MP games.

Microsoft might as well be living on a cloud

I truly hate these sort of contrived 'informal' interviews. Why do we have to cut away to an anorexic looking aceybongo to see him knodding inanely in agreement at information we've known about since E3?

@5 Same here. I'm hoping for some Halo modes with higher player counts. I'd like to see a 48 player, 24vs24 Big Team Battle.

I'm almost sick of hearing the word "cloud" as if it meant something that wasn't possible before.

Sounds awesome on the paper. I guess by the time I get Xbone they will have chance to iron everything out. Just wait till it releases and all the cry babies start complaining about this or that. Newsflash no system is perfect on release, takes some time to make it as smooth as originally intended.

It seems Microsoft has been willing to pretty much go into detail with EVERYTHING EXCEPT the Release Date For Xbox One.

Come on now. Just tell us already.

So, when there is sooooooo much power for entertainment and games, why goes MS at games with 30 fps? For example The Crew!

This is nothing special. Its like COD when they where showing off the dog character and how realistic it is. This sort of technology was available to create 10 or more years ago. And people with no knowledge or information about it are tricked.

@25 meh, that's the nature of things. Diamonds are still insanely expensive even though they are one of the most abundant gems on Earth. Besides, what does it matter. They aren't going to give a new technology to the public as soon as it's available to the companies. They'll wait until it's a little bit worn out and a lot of it has been 'decoded' and they'll let the rest of us play with it. That's how it is for everything, and no one really cares.

I mean, everyone cares enough about something to complain about it, but no one cares enough to actually DO something about what they don't like. It's our culture to complain and then conform.

I did not mean to make an arguement out of the spelling of fiber/fibre, just noticed it that was all.

#33 - Do you understand what it is? Serious question. The cloud has a number of facets. Forza is the launch flagship for cloud based processing and they have explained how its utilised. Titan Fall and Sunset Overdrive (TF in particular) will be among the next big titles. Cloud processing will only be used where it's appropriate, but where it is the ability is a far reach from current gen.

@35 I don't think its using Xbox's cloud server maybe but pretty sure its ubisoft's

@33 titanfall wouldn't work out cloud computing the makers have stated that at e3 and many times during gamescomm. Reason is the cloud server's do figure out everything out for the ai such as titan movements as when not in them they become ai unit's plus there is ton' of regular ai running around the map helping human player's

Stating and doing are working completely different things, Kinect was stated to revolutionise the way games were played........I'm still waiting, the cloud is touted as this great thing but I've yet to see the evidence, I'm sorry but drivetard is not a good enough selling point

#36 - You are correct sir. I should have clarified; it's using a cloud implementation. Shame it's not Microsoft's, Ubisoft are more likely to drop support before Microsoft would stop spinning up VMs for them.
