A leaked image for Ubisoft's autumn Digital Days event suggests that PS Vita exclusive Assassin's Creed III: Liberation could be heading to home consoles as Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD, dropping the 'III' to possibly avoid confusion with AC IV.
It seems that a release for the game on the Xbox Live Arcade could be on the cards, while other games on the slate include Assassin's Creed: Pirates, which could possibly be the name of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag's tie-in mobile app.
You can view the leaked image below, which appeared on Chinese forum A9VG and was subsequently spied by NeoGAF. Other titles listed in the image include Trials Frontier and Rayman: Fiesta Run for mobile devices, something called Poptropica: Forgotten Islands, Valiant Hearts: The Great War, Rabbids: Big Bang, Duel of Champions, Endwar Online and some Just Dance thingy called 'AutoDance'.
JRPG-inspired Child of Light is also pictured, and is described as a "playable painting" directed by Far Cry 3's Patrick Plourde. We'll hopefully find more out about these games, in due course.
