Square Enix has released a new Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII trailer from the Tokyo Game Show today, with some lovely gameplay action.

It's typically epic Final Fantasy fare, with the latest video showcasing some more flashy in-game shenanigans, as the pink-barneted heroine slices her way through monsters and boss-sized creatures.

Check out the trailer below. Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is out on February 11th, 2014 in North America and February 14th, 2014 in Europe.

A must buy, once I am done with previous two lol and that's when I'm done with GTA V. Wow, where do ppl find time to play these long ass games these days. Wish more games were only 6-8 HRS long like before haha

This game looks pretty good but it is going to be weird not having anyone else in my party. I guess I will wait see how it works...

#2 I feel your pain I had to shove Darksiders 2 to the side for GTA5, but most 6-8 hour games (save Spec-ops and a few others) suck.

@ 2
Compared to other RPGs FF13 and especially FF13-2 aren't that long though, most RPGs on the PS2 were way longer. I had some fun time with those two games, but in fact... I still consider them to be too short for RPGs.
